Fabulous stay
Pros:

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was ideal, 2 minute walk to the beach. Supermarket and restaurant right outside the gate and 10minute walk to the heart of the strip. Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Apartment was clean, comfortable with fully functioning kitchen, WiFi and air-conditioning. Will definitely come back, and recommend to family and friends.

Very pleasant stay!
Pros:

Relaxing space. Good location. Spacious Villa.
Nice pool area. Good food.

Cons:

Soundproof very poor between villas. We could even hear the next villa switch on their lights.

Family holiday to Lanzarote
Pros:

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa (4adults & 1child) and it was perfect for us. The villa as a whole was very well maintained and very clean and modern. 2 bedrooms (double/twin) on ground floor, with a living area/kitchen and balcony on upper floor. Our child is 2 years old so we got a villa with stair gates installed too which was brilliant! The hotel has a bakery service i would definitely recommend giving a go a couple times during your stay. Honestly cant wait to book on again it was exceptional.

Pros:

Todo muy limpio, áreas comunes muy bien, el personal muy amable tanto de la recepción como del restaurante. Los dos apartamentos súper equipados y recién reformados.

Cons:

Diría que la hora del check-in, me parece muy tarde 16hrs y la hora del check-out muy temprano 10am básicamente no pasas ni 24hrs dentro del apartamento como fue mi caso que fuimos solo por el fin de semana.

Fantastic holiday here, will definitely be back!
Pros:

The apartment was very modern with a very well equipped kitchen. The tap with filtered drinking water was definitely a bonus.Lots of storage space also.The sunbed booking system was also a great way of making sure that everyone got a bed by the pool at some stage throughout the day. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Our experience this time was a bit of a let down. We came on holiday to celebrate my partners 60th. We arrived on the Friday then on the monday neumatic drills were being used next door and downstairs renovating the apartments.
We complained and someone was to get bk to us which they didnt so we complained again. The manager did her best to accommodate by offering us the only other apartment. But it had quite a few stairs up to it. I have arthritis so there was no access with a lift. So we had no option but to remain in our apartment. The dust was everywhere and we were trailing it in to the apartment too. However the noise exceeded the dust.
The manager informed us that the block was closed off and work was to be completed by 15th of September. However it was ongoing and you were quite happy to take full payment for our stay for an apartment that shouldn't have been let out.
We have stayed in diamond resorts many times before and are thoroughly let down by our experience. We had much more expectations for celebrating my partners 60th. A bottle of wine and free pool towels (neither of which were used) were given to us by the manager as an apology.
However we expect more than this. Charging full rate for our stay is not very good business and we expect an honest offer of compensation.
