Towels were only changed once in a 5 day stay. There was a charge if we wanted a further charge. Feel this could be improved

Friendly Helpful staff great facilities will recommend to our friends
Pros:

Staff were so friendly and helpful..Our apartments was really nice. 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom lots of towels. Full kitchen in apartments & a laundy room available for use also. Pool towels available great booking system for pool chairs. Pool was lovely and jacuzzieven nicer. Life guard on duty. Happy hour was great. We had the 2 bedroom villa and there was 5 of us. The sofa is a double bed. All beds very comfortable. Really recommend this apartment and hotel.

Cons:

Pool closes at 5pm this time of year..not sure if it changes later in year but you can stay on your chair if you wish.

Pros:

Apartment is a very high standard. Very clean and comfortable. All staff very friendly. Pool temperature lovely and warm, food at the pool bar is everywhere quality and good value for money including the drinks. Great location close to the Main strip with a shop just around the corner. Taxi rank 2 minutes walk and bus stop outside the gate. Love how the entrance is swipe access making it very safe.

Cons:

You have to book a slot for sun loungers at the pool and can only book an AM or PM slot. This was ok for our visit though as it was quiet and beds were free so we were able to use for most of the day. It also closed faulty at 5pm which is a little early particularly if this was summer with warmer weather later in the evenings.
