Pros:

We had a lovely stay at Club Del Carmen.. The complex is spotless, apartment was really nice & the staff were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay in Club Del Carmen again.

Cons:

Although our 2 bed apartment it was really too small for 6 people.

Lo que más me gustó fue la limpieza, la comida del bar de la piscina pero sobre todo la gran amabilidad de todos sus empleados.

Can’t wait to return
Pros:

We were returning customers to the property, every member of staff was very friendly, Balys bar/restaurant served excellent food and drink and we loved happy hour x 2 each day.

Beautiful location to Beaches bars and shops !! A Real find for a lovely break in lanzorotte

Hi this is a great place to stay Everything you need to help make your holiday perfect!! Just returned and would definitely rebook!!

Cons:

Nothing not to like !!! Staff are extremely efficient and so friendly!! pool area lovely and great water temperature didn't use bar area but looked nice !!! Reception staff most helpful and friendly!! Thanks for a lovely visit!!!

We will definitely be back
Pros:

Staff were amazing, pool facilities were perfect. You could book the sun beds and there was floaties to borrow at certain times. The staff, food and drinks at the bar were also really good, which made the stay so handy. The bar men were really friendly and fun to chat to A+++

Best accommodation we ever had
Pros:

The two bedroom villa was very spacious for our family of five. Beds were comfortable and the villa was very clean and had everything you need for your holidays. Best accommodation we ever stayed in.

Cons:

The only issue I would have with the hotel was that the pool closed at 6pm every evening.This gave my children only a few opportunities to use it as we were out most days seeing the island. With every other holiday we had,we would return for the day about 6pm and the children would love to get a swim and play in the pool for awhile but with Club del Carmens pool closing at 6pm, this did not happen unfortunately.Most other pools would stay open til 8pm at least. Just one issue but my children were disappointed with it all the same.

Pros:

This was our 3rd time staying in Club del Carmen, apartments are very well laid out with oven, large fridge/ freezer and dish washer. Staff are really friendly and the bar staff in the Baily bar are great fun.
Love the location, as we like to walk to Matagorda and also very near the strip
