The clean staff comes just 4 and 6. Towels changed one time in a week.
At reception, you must pay 1€ for 1 coffee reserve and 1€ for 1 milk reserve. Sugar is jot included and was problem when asking on day 5. I think management could change something..

Nice place and comfortable
Pros:

The location. Good acces to everything

Cons:

The coffee is 1€ and milk 1€ at the reception. Neither sugar included. Always a problem when we asked for sugar. We asked Bailey’s barista to give us sugar and gave back at the reception. They also take it.
Almost all receptionists were angry when asking something. Especially the italian girl.
