Excellent location, price, amenities, and staff.
Pros:

I went to Lee Design Hotel once before, and it was excellent. It seems like they added a lot of new technology within the last year to make the experience even better. The price and location just can't be beat for those wanting to travel to places like Everland, the nearby Folk Village, or Suwon without hotel hopping every day. The bathtub is also amazing after a cold day at Everland.

Surprising Style in the Suburbs
Pros:

Cool look to rooms. Semi-privacy of bathroom is hip in design but not be great from everyone. Generous room size and huge bathtub. Breakfast is a sufficient mix of Western and Asian items. Staff is friendly and attentive and has a good level of English ability. Hotel is in a good location for restaurants and transportation, especially if you are traveling in the southern suburbs of Seoul. Not recommended as a base for a Seoul-focused trip, however.
