The smell in the room is not pleasant, food it’s too expensive and weekends at least it’s too crowded and noisy, as they allow people from outside , plus guests

Accueil assez débordé par le club de sport et l’hôtel n’applique pas les avantages Genius 3.

Magnifique
Pros:

J’ai adoré la politesse de tous les employés qui travaillent dans cet hôtel. Ils étaient tous souriants et très agréable. Les chambres étaient super belle et confortable.
En plus le restaurant étaient super bon. Les plats que nous avons choisis, on les a adorer.

Cons:

J’ai séjourné ici grâce à une offre promotionnelle, ce qui rendait le prix plus abordable. En revanche, le tarif habituel me semble assez élevé et pas accessible à tous les budgets. Sans la réduction, je n’aurais probablement pas réservé, même si l’établissement est de qualité.

Ein Versuch einer relativ neutralen Zusammenfassung, um sich einfach ein Bild zu machen, ob es passt oder nicht. MIR hat bei der Wahl des Hotels der Ein oder Andere Hinweis gefehlt:

* Die ZIMMER waren ganz süß, sauber, gemütlich und ein gaaaanz kleinwenig klein.

* Im SAUNABEREICH gibt es eine Aufgusssauna (für mein Empfinden sehr wenige Aufgüsse, evtl. ist das außerhalb der Ferien anders?).
Ein Dampfbad, zwei verschiedene „Wellness“duschen, einen „Eisraum“ (ein Bereich mit großem Waschbecken, gefüllt mit crushed Ice). Einen kleinen Ruhebereich mit Liegen (Durchgangsbereich zum Garten). Die Möglichkeit die nassen Handtücher gegen trockene zu tauschen.
Es gibt eine kleine Gartensauna, Liegen, einen Zugang zur Liegewiese und eine Feuerstelle, die allerdings während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht genutzt wurde.
Kinder unter 16 haben Mittwochs und (ich glaube) Samstags jeweils von 9-19h Zugang zum „Wellnessbereich“.

* Das SCHWIMMBAD hat zwei Becken. Das große, tiefe Sportbecken ist ausschließlich zum Bahnen ziehen gedacht. Springen verboten. Kinder nicht gerne gesehen.
Das kleinere, flachere Becken ist mit einer Abtrennschnur unterteilt in „Wellness und Planschen“. Im Planschbereich (relativ klein) können kleinere Kinder ein wenig spielen oder tauchen. Hinter der Schnur im „Wellnesbereich“ sind zwei „Blubberecken“ in dem sich eher das Klientel „Ü60“ aufhält, um im warnen Nass längere Gesprächskreise zu führen. Kinder unter 16 hier nicht erlaubt. (Was beim Ballspielen mit Kind manchmal nicht gut umsetzbar ist. Gut schwimmende Kinder, die evtl. gerne mal unter dem Abgrenzungsseil hertauchen, werden sehr aufmerksam ermahnt).

* Das RESTAURANT ist gut. Relativ teuer.
* Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Nicht sehr umfangreich.
* Das Personal hier eher aufmerksam, evtl. schonmal leicht neutral im Umgang mit Gästen.

* Der FITNESSBEREICH ist gut ausgestattet. Das Kursangebot ist umfangreich. Zügig ausgebucht (online).
Kinder unter 16 haben keinen Zugang.

Cons:

Wir als Familie mit Tochter 14 und Sohn 8 würden unseren Urlaub nicht nochmal dort verbringen. Durch die zeitlichen und altersbedingten Einschränkungen der verschiedenen Bereiche haben wir uns doch sehr eingeschränkt gefühlt. Da passte für uns Preis/Leistung nicht. Unter einem Familienhotel stelle ich mir etwas anderes vor. Das kommt aber auch immer auf die Familien und die Kinder an. Für Andere kann es auch passen.

Great place to unwind
Pros:

Great room, clean has a super comfy warm bed , amazing shower and bathroom, a decently sized desk and comfy chair for the workaholics, heating, super fast wifi, smart TV...and the spa...oh the spa. One of the best I've ever been to. Sure there are other spas with 10 saunas and 3 hamams - this is not it. Has an epic sauna an epic hamam, showers and 2 swimming pools, along with areas to relax. Many lockers , bathrooms...To me, its focused, to the point and very high quality. Also the tennis courts are some of the best in Brussels. Very well maintained, plenty of space in the back for those top spin pusher lobs 😃

Cons:

Tou have to think really hard but There is a lamp which is switched on by foot...takes too much space in the room.
