Pros:

Wszystko ! Bardzo czysty hotel, wygodne łóżka, miły personel, restauracja to coś niesamowitego - przepyszne jedzenie i bardzo duże porcje jak również sympatyczni ludzie ! Co więcej pomimo tego że należy opuścić pokój do godziny 11:00 można pozostać bez problemu oraz bez dodatkowych kosztów na terenie SPA/siłowni do zamknięcia. Jesli ktoś planuje korzystanie z zajęć grupowych lub masażu polecam zarezerwowanie wcześniej miejsca. Najchętniej wróciłabym tam ja najszybciej. Jeden z najlepszych hoteli w jakim byłam !

Cons:

Chyba tylko to że musiałam wrócić do domu 😅

Pros:

Nous avons tout aimé, sur tout toutes les activités sportives qui sont possible de faire

Cons:

Juste proposer un créneau même 2h dans la semaine pour les enfants pour qu’ils puissent avoir accès au spa.
Quand nous venons en vacances avec nos enfants on aimerais qu’ils puissent aussi profiter de cet espace Et ne pas seulement le mercredi et le weekend
Si non pour les reste c’est au top

Pros:

Bel établissement, propre et bien organisé. Le personnel est très poli et disponible. Très bonne qualité des soins du spa.

Cons:

Pas grand chose à dire sauf peut être les tarifs un peu élevés au bar.

Nice place to escape busy days in Brussels great spa gym and lovely room plus staff & restaurant.
Pros:

Great property very friendly staff almost feel like home. Comfortable large room with nice restaurant. Staff gets out of his way to help and a nice city break if you need to recharge batteries in Brussels

​Номер был чистым, постель идеальная. В наличии чайник и косметика Clarins. Но учтите: это отель при семейном спортивном комплексе. Вы будете разделять пространство с местными жителями, которые приходят заняться йогой, плаванием или поиграть в теннис. Есть отдельная парковка за 20 евро. Можно посетить сауну и бассейн в день заезда и отъезда.

Cons:

Взяли страховочные деньги в размере проживания в блок на 3 рабочих дня, по мимо оплаченых уже с карты. Завтрак очень скромный, тянет на 2 звезды. В номере нет кофе машины, лежат 2 стика растворимого кофе- Nescafe. Это так нелепо, не сочитается с косметикой Clarins и не соответствует 4 звёздам.

J’ai passé une nuit dans cet hôtel à Bruxelles et tout était absolument parfait. Le personnel est incroyablement gentil, accueillant et toujours à l’écoute, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.

La chambre était magnifique, très propre, bien décorée et surtout extrêmement confortable. Le lit est un vrai bonheur, idéal pour se reposer parfaitement.

Les espaces détente sont tout simplement remarquables : piscine, sauna, hammam, ainsi que les jardins… tout est d’une propreté irréprochable et offre un confort vraiment exceptionnel. On s’y sent immédiatement bien et détendu.

Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent au vu de la qualité des prestations proposées.

Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés et j’y retournerai sans hésiter !

Great stay overall, but the breakfast did not match the price or expectations.
Pros:

I liked almost everything about the property. It was clean, comfortable, and overall a pleasant place to stay. The spa and wellness facilities were amazing, and the staff made the hammam experience especially great.

Cons:

The breakfast was disappointing. It was too expensive for what was offered, and there wasn’t much variety to choose from.
