Pros:

un hotel bien ubicado, con todas las comodidades, limpio y cama grande y cómoda, personal muy amable y desayuno buffet fantástico, te hacen lo que les pidas, las tartas y los flanes también muy ricos

Das Hotel und auf die Architektur war sehr modern. Das Frühstück für mexikanische Verhältnisse war sehr gut.

Cons:

Ihr Zimmer sind zwei sehr modern, haben aber wenig ablagemöglichkeiten für die Kleidung und auch für die Jacken.

La ubicación y un poco la atención de restaurante por la mañana.

Si pude ver muchas áreas de oportunidad; la verdad la gente de personal muy fría para trabajar en hotel, la alberca muy fría el agua, arriba no haboa quien atendiera en el bar, la luz de mi baño nunca la arreglaron apesar de que hable para que lo arreglaran, pedí un clubsandwich y me lo llevaron con un aguacate que sabía muy nal ,y yo solo le quite el aguacate, mi limonada tenia limones pasados me fue muy mal con eso, luego mi toalla que me dieron para bañarme muy mal pues se rompió, no regresaría la verdad ,poco atentos nisiquiera pregubtan si uno durmió bien ,nada, pagué la media estancia y mucho antes de la hora indicada estaban fastidiando, la verdad la pase mal yo le pondría 5/10 es lindo pero muy caro para el pobre servicio que ofrecen ,no hay un gerente o líder que este al pendiente de estos detalles que para mi son super importantes en un hotel!

Desayuno incluido muy recomendable, sabroso y variado,. perfecto, trato, colaboración y accesibilidad del personal excelente,

Cons:

solo un poco de incomodidad al menos en nuestras habitaciones al respecto del baño, la regadera tíene salida directa a la habitación, el estacionamiento algo incomodo sobre todo cuando hay mucha ocupación

Ils n’établissent pas de factures automatiquement électronique il faut la demander au moment du Check out. Or tous les hôtels l’envoient via électronique par mail pour faciliter le client. C’est regrettable
