Good value in a beautiful historic hotel
Pros:

Classic Old Hotel that has been kept in good condition and upgraded reasonably well. The setting in the mountain forest surrounded by fragrant tall pine trees was heavenly….something out of movies. The food was excellent through and through. The weekend breakfast buffet was full, spectacular and well attended. It was a real haven of rest.

Cons:

The only dislike was the old fashioned tub was very narrow. Added to this was the nice modern shampoo & shower gel wall dispensers were mounted right near the shower so it was difficult to negotiate but this was only a minor complaint.

Just note - the swimming pool was empty. Not surprising for an island facing frequent and prolonged droughts.

Lovely location, but hotel now needs to up its game, particularly as there are brand new hotels in the village.
Pros:

Lovely location, although if you walk into the village,there’s a fair climb back after a meal and drinks,not a criticism just an observation.

Cons:

I had read a number of comments beforehand and agree with most. It is a nice hotel but starting to look a bit jaded around the edges. Swimming pool was tantalizing in its blue water, but for whatever reason was shut. Explanation given really wasn’t one.

אהבנו מאד את המיקום. אהבתי מאת את צוות הפקידים שקיבלו את פנינו- זוג נחמד מאד היו זמינים וקשובים לנו לכל ורך. יחס נעים וחם. גם קרוב מאד למפלים מופלאים ולמקומות של טבע מדהימים
