Property Description

The Monopol is truly a different hotel. Full of character and old world charm. Situated in an open pedestrian area in the vicinity of the three loveliest town squares, just a few minutes walk from the old town and the sea, near the colorful flower market. The façade greets you with canarian wooden balconies. Beyond the reception area a typical patio, where palm trees and tropical creepers climb up to the glass roof, surrounded on all sides by hand-carved verandas, invites you to stay awhile.

Please note that pets are not allowed in the Studio, the Suite, and the Superior Twin Room with City View.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Hotel vintage con buena ubicación.
Pros:

Ubicación excelente en pleno centro. El edificio típico muy bonito. Personal muy amable y dispuesto.

Cons:

Aunque las habitaciones tienen un lavado de cara siguen teniendo aspecto desfasado. La habitación era amplia pero con poca encimera para dejar cosas, sin aire acondicionado. Toallas viejas.

Favorite hotel
Pros:

Hotel Monopol has been a favorite for many years. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Privately owned hotel with years of history. Friendly staff comfortable rooms. Great location.

Sadly due to family & work we've not been able to visit as often as we'd like these last couple of year.

Cons:

Like everything about this hotel.
However I do find it difficult to get out of the hot tub!

Opción de buena calidad precio io.
Pros:

Ubicación, recepción horario sin problema. Amabilidad.

Cons:

Se oia ruido de estar haciendo reformas de noche. Algun bicho vi en esta escala por el pasillo.

Bed was broken
Fan didn't work properly
Very noisy till 3 in the morning

Comodidad y buena atención
Pros:

El trato del personal, en todo momento. Tuve que solicitar cambio de habitación , por fallo en la cobertura de mi móvil y del wifi del local, y buscaron la forma, de solucionarme el problema, y me hicieron un cambio de habitación, a una superior , sin coste alguno. Gran implicación del personal de Recepción, de ambos turnos . Zona piscina espectacular, para relajarte, y un buffet desayuno, bastante amplio.
