Pros:

Room had pretty much everything inside. Other facilities such as swimming pool, sauna, terrace, and gym were all working fine. Breakfast was filling.

Cons:

Rooms and other facilities seem to be outdated. Fridge is almost dying and room service phone did not work at all. Please fix that. Shower always leaked and flooded the bathroom everytime I take a shower. The warm/hot water was great and plenty, but cold one was so little. Opening hours of the swimming pool and sauna are very limited; I suggest extend it more in the morning and the evening to allow rooms for visitors to enjoy the facilities. We don't always want to swim only between 12 pm and 4 pm.

Zentrale Lage und alles fußläufig zu erreichen.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage direkt an der Plaza de la iglesia, alles wichtige in fußläufiger Entfernung. Zimmer groß und mit Balkon zur Kirche - wie gebucht -.

Cons:

Frühstück so lala, wenig lokales Angebot, eher "Pauschalreiseniveau". Gibt es so auch in Paderborn ;-)

Echt een citytrip hotel midden het levendige centrum
Pros:

Heel centrale ligging, knal in hart van de stad, en amper 100 m van de spectaculaire zee, nostalgische sfeer, je voelt de geschiedenis in dit hotel, zeker in de unieke en groene patio

Cons:

De kamer 1ste verdiep aan de voorzijde waar het leven aan je balkon passeert : voor mij te druk want elke 50 m andere straatartiest die muziek brengt van ‘s morgens tot ‘s avonds laat, soms alle soorten muziek door elkaar + de geuren van het restaurant dus liever een hogere ligging, want het zicht op het plein en de mooie kerk zijn wel mooi !

El desayuno tiene embutido de calidad baja. Si ha variedad. Pero no calidad.

Ideal para desplazarte a pie por la zona y estar muy bien comunicado. Muy amables todo el personal!
Pros:

Localización super centrica, lo que es una gran ventaja para olvidarte del coche, eso si, es bastante problematico aparcar el coche (no si pagas), desayuno incluido correcto, el cocinero te puede preparar huevos a tu gusto, y buena organización para entrar/salir del hotel, que da directamente al puerto. Cuenta con piscina y otras "facilidades". Es buena elección.

Todo me parecio muy bien!

Great location, clean and staff friendly
Pros:

This is the second time we have stayed here . It is a superb location right in the heart of puerto de la Cruz.
Clean spacious room we had a good size terrace with table and chairs. Access directly down to the pool / sunbeds.
Breakfast was fine and you can have a fresh omelette cooked for you if you don’t want fried eggs!!
Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily and fresh towels which was good!
Little fridge in the room and ceiling fan

Cons:

It was Easter break so busy . For 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed there were people sitting in the inner seating area talking loudly until after 1am!!! Hoped someone would have asked them to keep the noise level down! But that didn’t happen last time we stayed and hopefully wouldn’t happen again!! A kettle in the room would have been great.
Also a shower and not a bath you have to keep climbing in and out of. Bit dangerous with slip hazard
