The staff make me feel very welcome.

Bel Hotel storico in zona centralissima.
Pros:

Il costo della camera è decisamente molto conveniente; L'albergo in generale è molto bello con un atrio memorabile (mi sarebbe piaciuto avere una delle camere che guarda l'atrio centrale). La colazione inclusa nel prezzo è buona.

Cons:

La camera e il bagno erano piccoli rispetto alle aspettative (sicuramente c'erano camere più grandi nella struttura), ma comunque tutto pulito (anche se un po datato). Altro piccolo neo, il parcheggio assente nei pressi dell'Hotel (non per colpa loro, visto che vicino ci sarebbe il parcheggio sotterraneo (Europa) che però era chiuso. Suggerisco alla reception di segnalare con precisione come accedere al parcheggio nella zona porto.

Als ich morgens im Hotel ankam bekam ich kostenfrei ein Frühstück.
Das Frühstück war gut und vollkommen ausreichend.

Room had pretty much everything inside. Other facilities such as swimming pool, sauna, terrace, and gym were all working fine. Breakfast was filling.

Cons:

Rooms and other facilities seem to be outdated. Fridge is almost dying and room service phone did not work at all. Please fix that. Shower always leaked and flooded the bathroom everytime I take a shower. The warm/hot water was great and plenty, but cold one was so little. Opening hours of the swimming pool and sauna are very limited; I suggest extend it more in the morning and the evening to allow rooms for visitors to enjoy the facilities. We don't always want to swim only between 12 pm and 4 pm.
