It was a pity the outdoor pool was not in service and didn't not apply towels

Cosy, very comfortable hotel with a beautiful view and very nice people running it!
The hotel hosted several live performers, had a tasty breakfast, and is located in a perfect spot within the Troodos area.

Camere abbastanza spaziose con balcone, rinnovate rispetto a 2 anni fa. Bagno con bella doccia, ma con l'acqua che usciva fino al corridoio. Cuscini pessimi, oltretutto senza alternative. Poco insonorizzate. Cena mediocre. Colazione buona. Posizione albergo utile per visitare il monte Olimpo e le chiese Patrimonio Unesco.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights in October and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel is spacious, clean, and tastefully designed, featuring two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, and lovely gardens with apple and vine trees. The surrounding area offers breathtaking views of the mountains and village, with access to hiking routes. There is also a supermarket and restaurant conveniently located nearby.
Our room was large with a spectacular view, but it felt a bit cramped and dated. Additionally, the mattress was too firm for my liking, which impacted comfort. The breakfast was fairly basic, while the dinner buffet had a variety of options, though the quality varied. That said, it was still good value for the price.
The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel is a solid choice for those exploring the Troodos mountain area, offering good value for money.

The rooms are not sound proof. The cleaning ladies were chatting in the corridor from 07:00am. Some towels were torn and had stains. The room cleaning needs to be improved. The receptionists were very polite and friendly.

Bed was comfortable and room was a good size and clean which is more than I can say for the corridor carpet. The restaurant wasn't open just the cafe with bar food. Staff were friendly but there was a lot of noise from other rooms. The hotel is housing some refugees. There was also a very loud buzzing noise from the water tank every time any room turned on a top or flushed a toilet which happened every few minutes making it impossible to sleep. Hence the low star rating

Very picturesque nestled in the mountain side of Agros and great to get away from the heat of the cities, The hotel is amazingly good quality for the price. I’m so surprised it is a three star rather than four star rating. The guy at reception greeted us with amazing hospitality.

We stayed there for four nights. The hotel is clean and friendly staff. The breakfast in the morning had a good selection
The reception always had a warm vive to it
We did not use the hotel restaurant

The only small criticism I would have is in the breakfast room they should organise the tables better and not in long rows like a school lunch room.

We booked this hotel as an overnight stay whilt exploring the mountain region.
Staff at reception ok, no real welcome and a lack of information offered, we had to ask.
The hotel seemed empty but there were clearly other guests there. It was difficut to see what was open.
The room was comfortable and functional, however there was a lack of plugs. The bed was large and comfy.
We had a room with an updated bathroom, very nice.
Service at rhe bar and restaurant was excellent.
Food was good with ample choice. The gardens are beautiful as is the setting, high up on a hillside. couple of hundred meters walk takes you to a shop and a few tavernas. There is not a lot to do nearby.
Overall the hotel is spacious and a good 3 star, has been here a while, lots of bits have been modernised.
Would stay again if in the area.
