Exzellent! So wie man sich ein Hotel vorstellt, sehr sehr freundliches Personal, bemüht, serviceorientiert. Das ist das extra Plus in diesem Haus!
Ubicación excelente, camas muy cómodas y desayuno muy variado. Después de un día de turismo tener una zona de relax con sauna y spa se agradece.

Die Lage ist optimal, wenn man sich im Zentrum von Berlin aufhalten möchte. Der Friedrichstadtpalast, das Brandenburger Tor und Potsdamer- oder Alexanderplatz - alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Im Hotel selbst spürt man die Liebe zum Detail. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist perfekt. Die gesamte Atmosphäre im Hotel lässt einen den Alltag kurz vergessen.

La camera degna di un Re, letto comodissimo e bagno super caldo (che quando esci dalla doccia è gradevolissimo!)
Il ristorante non era agibile ma ho potuto cenare al bar dell'hotel in un'atmosfera cozy e riservata, nonostante le molte persone. Colazione degna di nota, grande varietà e completezza! Centro fitness pazzesco - raramente trovo palestre così ben attrezzate e complete sia di manubri che di attrezzatura isotonica e cardio.
Consigliatissimo!
Avrei voluto tanto provare il ristorante, ma era chiuso per rinnovo: pazienza, la prossima volta!
