Perfect Hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast-Perfect. Location-Perfect. Gym-Perfect, you will find everything you need like in a regular gym (it is really rear in the hotels). Piano playing live at reception area in the evenings-amazing.

Cons:

The bathroom a bit too small for two people (regular room). We didn't find hair conditioner in the bathroom. Shampoo, shower gel and body lotion only.

A great hotel in the perfect location.
Pros:

The location is perfect to visit central Berlin, the museums, Jewish memorial, Tiergarten and Checkpoint Charlie among others, yet it's in a pleasant and quiet neighbourhood. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms clean and comfortable and breakfast was great. It also had a lovely bar, one of the few open late in the area and with great staff.

Cons:

We were told twice our breakfast wasn't included when I had in fact paid for it. Everything else was excellent.

Bardzo udany pobyt
Pros:

Lokalizacja jedna z najlepszych możliwych. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, powyżej oczekiwań. Pokój wygodny, wystarczająco duży. Czysto a łóżka wygodne.

Lovely hotel with fantastic staff
Pros:

The hotel was lovely - beautiful foyer with comfortable couches, a pianist, exceptional reception staff. The bar was really great and the restaurant was excellent, especially for a hotel restaurant. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. But the standout feature was the staff - without exception they all went above and beyond in making our 1-night stay very good. We arrived early and they found a room for us. Our flight on the day of our departure was not until the evening, but when we returned to the hotel to pick up our luggage, they gave us the use of the day spa facilities, so we were able to shower and change before our long flight.

Freundlich, sauber, sehr gute Betten. Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Ruhiges Zimmer und super Lage. Klasse Fitnessstudio, alles da was man braucht.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Vielfalt vertragen. Es war standardmäßig wie überall sonst. Etwas mehr Fantasie wäre schön, schließlich ist der Aufenthalt nicht günstig.

Pros:

Top Lage, Super Preis-Leistung, Zimmer sehr komfortabel und sauber, schönes Duschbad, tolle Lobby mit Zitronenwasser und Äpfeln, Spa sehr einladend im Preis inklusive. Das Frühstück war fürstlich! Alles, was das Herz begehrt, Sonderwünsche wurden sofort berücksichtigt.
Das Personal ist einfach unfassbar freundlich und zuvorkommend, ein großes Dankeschön an dieser Stelle!

Останавливались в этом отеле на две ночи в апреле. Удобная локация. Приветливый персонал. На ресепшен была русскоговорящая девушка. При заселении берут депозит. Номер очень уютный. В ванной комнате косметика Rituals. Вечером попробовала коктейли в баре, очень вкусные)

Единственное скудный набор в ванной комнате. Не оказалось кондиционера для волос и зубных щеток

Bestimmt wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage war für meinen Zweck (Opernbesuch) perfekt. Alle waren sehr nett, das Frühstück gut.Besonders nett fand ich den Empfang mit Pralinen und personalisiertem Billet. Das sind die Details, die es ausmachen!!! Danke dafür!

Cons:

Die Möbel waren ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.
