- gutes 5* Hotel mit nettem Personal und super Lage im Zentrum
- der SPA ist gut und die Saune wird gerne besucht

Cons:

- Das Frühstück ist verbesserungswürdig
- ich war nun schon 3-4x dort und nie hat der TV wirklich funktioniert und das Mobiliar ist leider etwas billig und das sieht man auch..

Pros:

Moin Herr Sonnemann und Herr Steffens im Restaurant waren Spitze solches Personal müßte man mehr haben, wir waren das zweite mal da.Herr Sonnemannwar wie ein Butler zu uns, man konnte sich auf ihn verlassen, seinet wegen und Herr Steffens würden wir wiederkommen mfg Winkels

Cons:

Die größte Blamage war beim Weihnachtsessen, haben 2x Rinderfilet bestellt eins sollte medium well sein das andere Medium. Beide Steaks waren englisch,das Grillgemüse war kein Grillgemüse sondern nur blanchieren. Neben uns und hinter uns waren nur betagte Leute, wir zählten nicht als eine Kellnerin kam fragte sie war war alles in Ordnung nein die Kellnerin schoß wie von einer Tarantel geschossen davon, wir konnten uns bei keinem Kellner beschwerden bin selber Küchenmeister.

Ruhige Lage mitten im Zentrum - zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Die Zimmer zum Innenhof sind sehr ruhig. Das angeschlossene Spar mit Fitnessraum ist sehr schön, der Fitnessraum für eine Hotelanlage sehr gut und umfangreich ausgestattet.

Cons:

Zimmer extrem klein - zu klein um sich länger zu Zweit im Zimmer aufzuhalten
Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich, qualitativ jedoch eher unteres Preisniveau,
Personal schon überfordert bei der Bitte um Ketchup.

The location was excellent and the staff were friendly

Cons:

1. Room service wasn’t 24/7 as advertised, it ended at 11pm. They also didn’t answer the phone and we had to go down to reception and complain where they stated they didn’t do room service.
2. Over zealous cleaning staff and workers entering your room to check minibar use/ clean bedrooms despite system being engaged for it not to be cleaned and us disturbed.
3. Hotel bar closed to residents at midnight.
4. Minibar stocked with one bottle of spirits , not much use when two desire the same drink.
5. Breakfast - cold eggs each morning presented for guests. I appreciate this was a temporary arrangement but this shouldn’t happen.

Excellent séjour, service attentif et qualité au rendez-vous malgré quelques détails à améliorer
Pros:

Évaluation très positive de l’Hôtel Titanic. Il s’agit d’un établissement pleinement à la hauteur de ses étoiles, alliant confort, élégance et sens du détail. Dès l’arrivée, on se sent accueilli avec professionnalisme et bienveillance.
Le personnel se distingue particulièrement par son attention et son dévouement. Le service est à la fois discret, efficace et personnalisé, avec une réelle volonté de répondre aux besoins de chaque client. Cette attention constante contribue largement à rendre le séjour agréable et reposant.
En raison de travaux de rénovation au niveau du restaurant et du bar, le petit-déjeuner était servi dans la grande salle de bal. Ce changement de cadre n’a en rien affecté la qualité des prestations : le choix, la fraîcheur des produits et le service étaient au rendez-vous. Seul le prix peut sembler légèrement élevé, mais il reste cohérent avec le standing de l’établissement.
Malgré ce détail, l’expérience globale reste extrêmement satisfaisante. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à toute personne recherchant un séjour de qualité, et j’espère sincèrement avoir l’occasion d’y revenir prochainement.

Cons:

Un petit point d’amélioration toutefois : la mise à disposition d’une seule petite bouteille d’eau pour toute la durée du séjour paraît un peu limitée, surtout pour un hôtel de ce niveau.

Personalet, super imødekommende og venlige (specielt ham der står for morgenmaden)

Cons:

De ville sælge opgradering til 40 euro pr. nat. Vi fik 3 kvm og et værelse der ikke fungerede.

Dennoch ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Arbeiten müssen gemacht werden und man freut sich bereits auf den nächsten Besuch.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war wunderbar und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Schinkel Bar ist noch in der Umbauphase gewesen. Daher zum einen nur eine 'eingeschränkte' aber gute Hausbar im Foyer. Zum anderen aber etwas Baulärm im Zimmer.
