Hotel München super
Pros:

Super Lage des Hotels. Waren 2023 schon mal zum Oktoberfest dort. Bahnhofsnähe und auch der Stachus ist innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu Fuß erreichbar.
Zimmer verhältnismäßig groß und alles sauber.
Und vor allen Dingen ein super gutes Restaurant.
Das Essen ist dort hervorragend!
Personal immer gut gelaunt.
Wir kommen bestimmt ein 3tes mal gerne wieder!

Cons:

Automat im 2ten Stock sehr laut!

Comfortable, clean, and great proximity to the train station
Pros:

- Very close to Munich's central train station, which is exactly what we were looking for. Less than 10min walk to the train station. Also only a 30min walk to major tourist locations like Marienplatz.
- I saw some other reviews mentioned the area felt a bit sketchy, but it seemed fine to us? Not sure if it's different after dark since we weren't out late, but it seems perfectly safe during the day.
- Rooms were clean and comfortable
- Very quiet - we didn't hear the traffic/trains from our room.

Cons:

- Rooms are quite compact, but that's Europe.
- Room doors don't have a deadbolt.

Für die wenigen Tage völlig okay. Jedoch noch Luft nach oben.
Pros:

Die Lage war super.
Die Innenausrichtung der Lobby sowie dem Restaurant war sehr angenehm und super gestaltet .Der Check in chek out problemlos und freundlich.

Cons:

Die Duschkabinen in beiden Doppelzimmer sollten überholt werden. Besteck sowie Gläser müssten besser gereinigt werden. Das Frühstück wird nicht dem Standard des restlichen Hotel gerecht. Wurst klebrig und gestunken. Obstauswahl gering. Räumlichkeit zu eng für die Anzahl der Gäste.

Very disappointing experience
Cons:

The receptionist was extremely rude and impatient with us, and unfortunately the same attitude continued with the restaurant staff, who were also impolite and unkind. The cleaners were also shouting loudly in the hallways, which made the atmosphere even more unpleasant. The positive reviews we read before arriving did not reflect the reality of our experience at all. In addition, the emergency/reception phone number was unavailable, and during certain hours there was simply nobody to speak to or assist guests. Overall, the level of hospitality throughout the hotel was far below expectations, and we left feeling very unwelcome. We will not go back to this hotel.
