A well renovated building. Room was true cosy and tidy, and we could see people had an idea to arrange rooms and common space (Assisi photos, good materials, open tarace in the restaurant part). Breakfasts were tasty, good quality (cheese, salami, sweets, eggs, bread), and good cafe and tea prepared by staff. Air contitioning and bathroom were at high level.
I think a fresh vegetables during breakfasts (even tomato and rucola would be nice) so guests don't need to looking for a shop.
Het contact met de familie die ons ontving en zorg voor ons droeg was uitzonderlijk. Het was een ervaring waarbij je je als klant als een koning voelde. Dat was bij de ontvangst, de bagage die naar boven werd gedragen, de persoonlijke aandacht bij een zeer goed verzorgde lunch en in het meedenken over ons ontbijt bij het vertrek. Het is mooi in een hotel te verblijven waar mensen met hart en ziel hun werk doen.

O atendimento foi muito bom, ficamos no quarto acessível no andar térreo (pois não há elevador), facilitando o acesso por causa das malas pesadas que tínhamos. Tudo estava muito limpo e novo. O café da manhã foi razoável, não tinha frutas e sucos naturais, mas fomos bem atendidos. A localização é boa, a região é silenciosa e fica perto da Igreja de Santa Maria dos Anjos e uns 8km do Centro histórico de Assis.

I would like to suggest individual reading lamps, there is only one very bright light which is not great if one of you wants to sleep while the other reads.
