Best rooms with amazing customer service!
Pros:

Both the Rebeccas were amazing! (Yes they have two! One checked me in and one was my bartender!)

Rooms are clean, quiet and everyone is so friendly! I definitely will be back I just won’t make my reservation through a third party again. It’s a nightmare so if I were you call the hotel and ask to speak with someone directly. It will be so much easier & hassle free!

Clean air room. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Staff did not do what they said they would do. When they told me by phone on day of arrival that I could check in early, at 2:00 pm, when I arrived I was told I had to wait an hour. I expected a room with a bathtub, but did not get it. They gave me another room at same price, but not with bathtub. Then I was expected to leave at 11:00 am, but housecleaning came at 10:50 am, wanting to hurry up so they could get in to clean. My son, who came to help me load up was literally ob the way up with a cart. Staff does not provide this service as income hotels. I paid about $200.00 for this room and expected better service. When shared my experience at desk at check out, I got no apology. Hotel took no responsibility/ownership even they it was their desk that assured me I could come in at 2:00 pm, then told me to wait an hour. Then miraculously, a room became available within 5 minutes, but not the room with a bathtub. As far as they are concerned they met all their responsibilities.

Nice Hilton Garden Inn
Pros:

Nice Hilton Garden Inn, close to the Avenues shopping area & several hospitals. No free breakfast but adequate buffett for $10 each. Room was spacious & very clean. Overall the hotel was in very good condition.
