Front desk staff were nice and somewhat accommodating.
Food was terrible. The lady working breakfast wasn’t very nice. They were booked solid
Ran out of eggs, Milk and pancake machine broke.

For a reservation for 3 adults, I did not expect to have plastic on one bed, and the stopper did not work in the sink.

Everything they gave our room to another guest who was already in the room so we had to go back downstairs and yes we had to take the stairs with all our luggage because the elevators weren't working all weekend there was issues with the elevators getting stuck our room was clean location was good breakfast was nasty and they ran out of towels and there was never any staff around to help with issues
Breakfast was great, tables and food stations were clean. Room was quiet.
Bedframe was broken, but had driven 13 hours amd gotten in very late, so made it work. Some work had been done to the room, so assumed the broken bed frame was due to previous guest damage.
Room had no AC we didn’t stay there
When I arrived at the hotel, they could not locate my booking reservation although I had received a confirmation email from Booking.com so we decided just to book me directly there on site cause after 10 or 15 minutes the hotel still could not locate my reservation. I ended up being charged twice by booking.com so there must’ve been a glitch with the system that day plus the direct booking at the hotel I reached out multiple times and cannot get anybody to refund me or even credit me a night at the hotel or two actually since I paid for one night three separate times, but Booking.com nor the hotel has tried to remedied the issue

the faucet in the bathroom was clogged. Could not get it fixed until the day we checked out.

I left my ipad there by accident and housekeeping turned it in to the front office. They kept it until I could come back a week later which I appreciated.

We always stay at a Holiday inn express when we travel.
I was on first floor and ice was on second floor. Didn't really want to take an elevator to go get ice being so late.
