Wonderful stay, wonderful staff
Pros:

Sam and Alex were fantastic hosts! They helped us find a fragrance free room since we have allergies to scents. Sam cordially allowed us to preview rooms. We had previously booked a room from another hotel that promised a fragrance free room-but they didn’t deliver. We walked right in to HIE and were able to find a lovely room, hosted by lovely staff. Thank you for not overpowering your hotel with fake, cheap fragrance! We’ll be back!

A great stay for our overnight stay in Madison
Pros:

Nice facility. Good breakfast. I appreciated the bowl of apples in the lobby. Very friendly staff. The grab and go bags in the breakfast area are a great idea.

Cons:

Bathroom lighting is too dim for using the mirror, especially for near sighted people. A lighted makeup mirror would be an excellent update.

It was great. Plan on staying again next year.
Pros:

My stay was great. The staff was amazing especially Angeleigh. She was there everyday and was always cheerful and helpful.

Cons:

There were cobwebs all along the ceiling. It was fine but it’s an easy thing to clean so not sure how so much was missed

Fantastic Stay
Pros:

Amy, the manager, and front desk staff members Angelleigh and Alex were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. My husband loved the salt water pool! The happy hour and the breakfast were both delicious. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Madison area!

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

Wonderful hotel in a great location. Staff was Amazing especially ashley and Alex at front desk. they were very helpful and answered all my questions. Rooms were clean and quiet and breakfast is always good at Holiday Inn Express. Close to everything in Madison area. Thanks and I will be back.

We will recommend your hotel!
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was very good! We were delighted we could get a shuttle to get to a restaurant and back! This hotel was recommended by a friend who has chaperoned high school wrestling teams to tournaments and stayed with you.

Cons:

I thought the shower floor, for a senior citizen, was quite slippery. But I do understand that a gripper shower mat would be a difficult item for a hotel to provide and clean.
