Lovely staff. Clean comfortable room. Perfect location for visit to Harry Potter world, just up the road from where the bus leaves for the studio. All good 👍

Cons:

Just one room key. I was sharing with my sister and could have done with a second key.
A little bit of noise on the morning we were leaving as there was some construction going on in the grounds.

Staying at The Holiday Inn.
Pros:

Very well situated, for the Train Station, and the high street in the opposite direction. Check in was super easy, and a lovely clean, well appointed room.

Cons:

There was nothing, I didn't like.

Excellent staff at Holiday Inn Watford Junction!!
Pros:

The staff at breakfast were friendly, efficient and very eager to help.
A big " Thank you" to Afsaneh and her team Aparna, Ridma & Paul. Nothing was too much trouble for them

Thanks also to Victoria at Front Desk

Plenty of parking available

Cons:

Parking fee could be lower. The room rate paid inc breakfast was possibly over market rate.

Great price, friendly staff, the hotel lobby was very welcoming. Rooms could do with a refresh

Great location, very friendly staff.

Cons:

The room was ok, just a bit tired - the bedding had a stain on the sheet, the bathroom had excessive limescale on the support rails which did look unsightly - a good scrub using white vinegar would solve this issue. There was hole where the carpet had worn/was fraying under the wheel of the bed.

Good value for money
Pros:

Location was good as its close to the train station. Room was clean. Good value for money.

Cons:

The towel rack in the bathroom was too high to reach above the bath tub.
The pillows were not comfortable.
The lights switches were connected to every light. You used to be able to only have the lights around the beds on, but now all lights are either on or off.

1 éjszakára teljesen megfelelő volt, szép környezetben es közel a WB studio ingyenes buszához

Nagyon szép, igényes szálloda, kedves személyzettel

Cons:

A reggelinél nem volt túl nagy választék, és magyarként hiányoltuk a több zöldséget és több fajta felvágottat. Illetve a gyümölcsös résznél a joghurtot.
Az ágy közepe nagyon be volt süppedve és párnák is elég kemények voltak. Egy nagy takarót kaptunk viszont kértünk még egyet, mivel nem szeretünk osztozni rajta. Először azt mondták hogy semmi gond, aztán hogy megnézték de nincs szabad takarójuk mert teltház van, így kaptunk 2 lepedőt. Viszont egyértelmű volt hogy ekkora szállodában nincs teltház.

Amazing staff, great location and cosy room.
Pros:

Every single member of staff was so genuinely friendly. The hotel location was perfect for us. The beds were comfy and the room was lovely. Breakfast was delicious. We ordered room service after a long day if travelling and it was so nice. The lady on reception also gave us a free drink voucher for my partners 40th birthday and it was a really nice touch.

Cons:

Everything was lovely.
