Great location, especially for a visit to the Harry Potter Studio. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The room was really cold, even with the heating on. We asked for an additional blanket as we prefer to sleep with separate blankets instead of a big one. They couldn't manage this request and ended up getting a couple of extra bedsheets. No trouble, I just didn't understand, why they couldn't give us another blanket.
