Cons:

Der Rezeptionist machte einen Buchungsfehler. Dadurch gab es Probleme bei der Abrechnung. Zudem waren wir nicht auf der Frühstücksliste. Leider kam es dadurch zu Unstimmigkeiten mit dem Hotelpersonal. Der Hotelmanager reagierte zunächst unprofessionell (eigentlich sollten Gäste zunächst von solchen Fehlern nichts mitbekommen und nicht an den Empfang zu langen Diskussionen gebeten werden mit der Bitte, ein weiteres Mal eine Zahlung tätigen zu können wegen eines offenkundigen Fehlers auf Seiten des Hotels). Letztendlich behoben sie jedoch ihren Fehler und der Manager entschuldigte sich. Diese Unannehmlichkeit hätte präventiv durch ausreichend Recherche verhindert werden können.

Exceeded expectations
Pros:

Everything! It was good that you could chose from the Indian Restaurant menu and the 'ordinary' menu in the main restaurant. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The children's video game table in the middle of the restaurant was annoying.

Cons:

Das Hotel hatte bestimmt bessere Zeiten. Für 4 Sterne hatte ich mehr erwartet. Das Frühstück war nicht besonders ansprechend. Das Besteck war teilweise schmutzig.

Exceeded Expectations
Pros:

A beautiful and clean hotel with excellent facilities and very friendly staff. One of the best London hotels I’ve stayed in.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have meat free sausages on the breakfast menu, as many other hotels have these. Also, couldn’t accommodate our preference for 2 twin beds.

Bed was uncomfortable for a couple to sleep in. We felt that the mattress had lost its structure and didnt provide adequate support for a good nights sleep
