Pros:

Restaurant staff were so friendly and gave us lots of information of how to get to where we needed to be.
Even made my daughter a birthday platter.

Pros:

Excellent location - 3 min walk to Watford junction station and 10 min to the main shopping area. Our room was clean and spacious. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

Just a recommendation - maybe a small fridge in the rooms would be good. Especially on hot days to put a cold drink in. You have to pay for parking in the hotel car park which isn't very big.

Great Breakfast- Anil is the best
Pros:

We loved the breakfast buffet. Anil is very cordial and took care of small details including the breakfast needs of our 10 month old toddler. Thank you for your kind help .

Starving on the way to London
Pros:

Was told when I first arrived by Chandra that breakfast was included. Later when I came back to actually check in, the manager, Gagan, told me I was not entitled to breakfast unless I paid. When I checked out I was told by Chandra that I should have received my breakfast vouchers. Everyone needs to get on the same page at this hotel. Wound up starving all the way to London because my family ran out of time to catch a bus. Otherwise, the hotel was serviceable for a night's stay to visit the Warner Brothers' Harry Potter experience.
