Sauber aber enttäuschendes Frühstück
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe von Flughafen City haben aber vom Flugverkehr nichts gehort und die DLR line ist auch in der Nähe. Bett war bequem und Bad war sauber.

Cons:

Kein Safe im Zimmer.
Das Frühstück war jeden Tag gleich. Rührei, Bohnen, Würstchen, Speck und zwei verschiedene Brotscheiben.
Sonst bißchen Obst. Nichts anderes über mehrere Tage.

Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Besonders hervorzuheben sind Sammy an der Rezeption und Amyna im Restaurant beide sind äußerst professionell, hilfsbereit und immer freundlich.
Der Service insgesamt ist hervorragend, das Team arbeitet aufmerksam und sorgt dafür, dass man sich rundum wohlfühlt.

- location next to the DLR station
- electric kettle for preparing tea or coffee in the room

Cons:

We had a room for 4 people. First couple bed is OK, but second is folding and is really very uncomfortable. We were here with 2 kids but I can't imagine to sleep in this bed as 2 adults.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Stazione DLR attaccata alla struttura e quindi comodissimo per muoversi. Buona la colazione e personale cortese. Letto e cuscini comodi.
