Really enjoyed everything and the staff were reallly very nice including the staff in the cafe area.

The hotel was very nice and the room we absolutely gorgeous and the bed very comfortable and the shower unit was very good.

Rund um schön und es gab nichts auszusetzen. Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in einem sehr schön ausgestatteten Zimmer. Vor allem die Betten waren sehr bequem und die XL Dusche haben mir besonders gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker.

Pros:

Персонал делает все, что возможно.

Cons:

Во-первых, очень неудобное местоположение. От Elisabeth line еще две остановки на трамвае. Нашу остановку трамвая закрыли на ремонт, автобусы ходили без расписания, приходилось добираться на такси или пешком полчаса. Это очень испортило поездку.
Во-вторых, отвратительная планировка номера: окно не открывается - такая конструкция. При температуре +35 это была катастрофа!
Кондиционер дует строго в кровать.
Я вернулась домой с трахеитом.

Поскольку номер невозможно проветрить, в нем стоит неприятный запах.
Однажды мы вернулись - наш номер открыт, дверь подперта нашими кроссовками и никого нет! Видимо, горничная таким образом решила проветрить, ей не пришло в голову, что в номере чужая собственность.

В-третьих, завтраки, на которые мы рассчитывали, оказались не пригодными для питания в течение 10 дней. Все продукты были низкого качества.

I cannot recommend this hotel
Cons:

It is in an odd location. The rooms had simple design and comfort mistakes. Poor pillows, sharp headboard, sink to high in bathroom, shower step down to high etc. The food and drink offering; both food and especially the wine is overpriced for the quality. The house white is the cheapest they can buy yet still £30 per bottle. You would not drink this quality at home.

Pros:

Cei de la recepție au fost amabili, mai puțin un domn indian, care mi-a făcut chech in ul ai mi-a dat o camera urat mirositoare.
Recepția renovată.

Cons:

Camera inițială era urat mirositoare, după mi-a fost schimbată de un alt domn, alb, înalt. Specific pentru a putea fi identificat. Nu am reținut numele.
Metroul este aproape, dar nu a funcționat ( daca este cald afara nu funcționează).
Camerele mici, cu geamuri mici. Paturile f înguste, de 1,4 m.
Micul dejun foarte sărac,și mereu identic... practic am mâncat un croissant cu iaurt și am băut o cafea. Nu aveai ce sa alegi. Nu arătau bine omleta, baconul, cârnăciorii erau rai la gust, am gustat in prima zi unul. Recomand mâncare putina, dar bună și repararea sistemului de canalizare, la camerele cu probleme.
Un alt mare dezavantaj este că nu se deschid geamurile.

Lovely hotel great location
Pros:

Great rooms, staff friendly and helpful, lovely breakfast with plenty of variety

Cons:

£20 xtra to park in their car park and xtra £50 refundable for damages!!!not told about that until booking confirmation

pleasant stay
Pros:

location close to the DLR overground line. very helpful and kind staff. modest but tasty breakfast. quiet though the airport is very close. easy and quick check in and check out. kettle, tea, coffee in the rooms

Cons:

horrible coffee at the buffet . no slippers in the room. not enough fresh air circulation in bathroom, which creates unpleasant smell after showering

Excellent séjour dans cet établissement.
Pros:

Personnel très agréable, emplacement au pied d’une station DLR, chambre très confortable avec un très grand lit. Lieu très calme malgré la présence d’un aéroport à proximité.

Des petits soucis de douche avec un filtre mal nettoyé.

The room was what I expected. The staff at the front desk was very helpful.

There wasn't really anywhere close to eat. The restaurant at the property had sub-standard food. And the one restaurant across the street was closed to the public on the day we were there.
