Worst hotel I’ve stayed in

This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in, and we travel A LOT. My family had to be split between two rooms and the one I stayed in was awful. When we first got there, I noticed the toilet was dirty, the hand soap dispenser on the wall was empty, the tissue box was empty. My husband messaged them to fix these, which was done. In my husband’s room, the lamp shade to the big lamp was missing. So they took the lampshade from my room and put it in his. Then, later, I noticed there was this brownish tan stuff on the back of the bathroom door that I had to wipe off. In the shower, the water never got hot, just warm, and the shelf in there was halfway falling off the wall. And there was a short, dark, curly hair on the shampoo dispenser. It’s like they never even cleaned the room after the last guest left. My husband had a better experience with his room, but for the price the we paid for this hotel, every room should be consistent and clean.

The lock had some problems and not easy to open by the key. We have to change them. Even that, they are still not good. We have to try a few times to let the door finally be opened.
