Was very nice and the staff at the Hotel did an excellent job in all respects.
Not our typical food, but then I’m from USA and I typically don’t like the food so much in the Indonesia
Lokasi strategis, konek langsung dengan Mall Yogya dan stasiun kereta. Kamar bersih, luas. nyaman. Pelayanan memuaskan.
Variasi dan kualitas sarapan perlu ditambah. Makanan, minumam hangat diperhatikan.

We stayed here as a family with two toddlers on July 2–3, 2025, and it was a nightmare from the start. We arrived late at night and were given a room (1624) that was already occupied! After waiting 20 minutes, we got another room (1608) but it was dirty, with yellowing sheets, an unclean shower, and an uncomfortable bed.
When we asked for a small late checkout after a long drive, we were rudely denied. Even worse, no one came to help with our luggage despite our request, so we had to carry everything ourselves.
This place lacks basic hospitality and cleanliness. It felt more like a cheap motel than a 4-star hotel. Do yourself a favor—skip this place and book somewhere else. We left early and will never return.
Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is in the city center and connected directly to Jogja City Mall. While the mall itself is a nice mall, but the hotel itself is not nice at all. The room is spacious, but old and all the furniture are outdated. The room is also smell like its being ages. The room need rennovation.
Nothing special in the restaurant. The food taste average, and some of the utensils are old and some of them even broken and not eligible for a 4 star hotel. In the hall, i even see a cockroach. That is a horrible thing.
Please renovate immediately. Thank you.

The best guest relationship and front desk at yogyakarta, thans to Kak Vanesia, kak Jessica and Mas Adi, they are really helpful in every condition, they help me and my friend to change the slippers, my friend slippers us broken 😭 but, jessica so helpful and keep smiling, and vanesia also.
Security guard are helpful and housekeeping.
Best view hotel, and connect with the mall (yogya city mal).
The location very strategis close with tugu trainstation, and malioboro the iconic place here.

I'm going to tell you about my bad experience at this hotel, I hope it doesn't happen to other people. I booked 4 nights, and I received a strange call at 7 o'clock the next night. It was their internal phone number. I picked up and said hello. The other party hung up, and then at 1 o'clock in the morning, someone knocked on my door, and it was very clear. I was very scared at the time. I asked my friend to contact the front desk, and they said to ask the security to come and check, but they didn't even call me. The next day I found the hotel manager and told him what happened last night. Many security guards came to check CCTV. They replied to me that they didn't see anyone knocking on the door, but I heard it very clearly, it was my door. Anyway, I didn't dare to stay there, even though the hotel manager found me another room. If you are a woman traveling alone, you must pay attention to this. It's really scary to have someone knocking on the door in the middle of the night!
