Short stay at Classic Hotel with limited Facilities
Pros:

The hotel was comfort enough for bed and late night check in was available. Easy and fast check in process, we got so much helpful and responsivr staff early at late night.

Cons:

The hotel was classic and old building. Formerly Sahid management and rebranding with Parkside (PHG). Breakfast main menu is a little odd taste but side dish is okay. No proper swimming pool, a little dissapointing.

Pros:

hotel has seen better days which reflects in the price.
reception staff are very helpful.
location is nothing great apart from being near the only bar in the area and a nice chinese restaurant.
the bedding is grey not very white which like many things needs updating and sorting out.

The building is old and dirty. The room smells like smokes though it is a non smoking room. Exterior of the hotel looks like a old abandoned warehouse.

Hotels.comの対応の遅さがチェックインを遅らせたが、スタッフの素晴らしい対応
Pros:

スタッフが最高に良い。素晴らしい対応。
Hotels.comでのキャンセル分が数日経過してても連絡が入っておらず、メールもサイトも日本語表表示なので読めず、でも、承諾して頂いた。Hotels.comはきちんと仕事してほしいです。
スタッフは素晴らしいですが、タオルがなんだか茶色いとか、シミだらけとか、清潔感に欠けたのが残念。お料理プカロンガン風の味付け。

非常物超所值的三星酒店
Pros:

北加浪岸九年前開幕，大廳很寬敞，內部有游泳池和遊憩區，三十台專業用健身房。房間和浴室寬敞整潔安靜，員工有禮貌。是本次在該鎮我住過五家三星四星級酒店裡面，不是最新，但性價比排第一名最物超所值。我還會再來住。

The hotel need an upgrade
Pros:

The room and bathroom condition are looking very dirty. The bed sheet and tower are the most noticeable.
The Hotel is having a water park and free entrance for the hotel guest. But the water park condition is really not hygiene.
The breakfast is quite good.

Bad construction of room door - to noisy
Pros:

Rood door doent close tight. All sounds from other rooms or corridor can be heard as if happening in the room.
Hotel was full and noisy up antil 3 am...
Could not sleep at night due to the noise and telephone misscal....
Booking the hotel for resting during the journey was useless, better stay and sleep in car ;-)

Very Standard Breakfast
Pros:

This hotel is quite far from Pekalongan even by Car, Executive Room without carpet just a bigger room from deluxe with view of Pool area, Wi-fi connection is hard to reach my room. You cant expect more from 3 star hotel ....

Comfortabel "onderweg" hotel
Pros:

Niet geschikt wanneer je niet over eigen vervoer beschikt want het hotel ligt aan een saaie straat op een soort bedrijventerrein. Maar wel heel comfortabel, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, en (gratis) gebruik van het zwembad (met waterpark voor kinderen).
De gratis wifi niet uitgeprobeerd want in de kamer was ook goede kabelinternetverbinding. Nette kamer en badkamer waar alles goed functioneert, vriendelijk personeel.

Kamar superior mengecewakan
Pros:

Kami memesan 2 kamar superior, ternyata ukuran kamar sangat kecil. Seharusnya hotels.com tidak menjual kamar yang superior ini karena fasilitasnya sangat dibedakan dengan yang deluxe. Tirai kotor, dan robek, bedcovernya terdapat bercak2 sampai saya meminta ganti bedcovernya untuk 2 kamar pesanan kami, wifi gratis tapi sinyal sangat buruk, operator bilang hanya dapat diakses di lobby.

Secara keseluruhan, fasilitas kamar sangat mengecewakan, karena furniturnya juga harus diganti karena ada bekas bekas rokok, sungguh saya menyesal menginap di kamar superior hotel sahid mandarin pekalongan. Kamar superior ini tidak layak dijual di hotels.com.
