Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Car Park Notice: Kindly be informed that effective 7th Apr 2023, Level 3A & 3B parking bays are reserved exclusively for hotel guests. All guests checking into the hotel MUST REGISTER at the reception counter at the lobby before entering these floors in order to enjoy the RM 10 per stay. Alternatively, hotel guests may park at Level 7 & 8 which are complimentary. Level 4 to 6 parking lots are fully managed by The Shore Shopping Gallery and chargeable on hourly and daily basis.

Breakfast : Buffet breakfast will be charge as following (Unless is selected room & breakfast option). Mon to Sun & Public Holiday: MYR 30+ per adult and MYR 25+ per child (aged 5 to 12 years old)

Please be advised that each room reservation(breakfast included rates) includes breakfast for TWO GUESTS ONLY. Any additional breakfasts can be arranged upon check-in.

Good ambiance
Pros:

Always excellent! I have never been disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The staff are very helpful. I remember when my Grab order was mistakenly delivered to another building, but the staff helped me find it. I really enjoyed my stay. Good job!

Erwartung voll erfüllt
Pros:

Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist toll, das Bad war modern und sauber.
Das ganze Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Es ist etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum aber soll ein Wassertaxi geben, vielleicht in der Hochsaison

Pros:

Room had aircon problems but staff were most helpful and moved us to another room

Cons:

Mall attached to hotel was mainly closed, Malaka seems to be going through a bit of a decline in that respect. Apart from that trip was ok

In need of a major overhaul
Pros:

Location was very good, only a short scroll from the center by the canal.
Large pool but dirty
Large room with balcony with some sea view but no furniture to sit.
Large bathroom with good shower.
Good breakfast with continental options

Cons:

The room was really dirty. Black hair on the floor, in the mattress (mattress topper had moved so I lifted the sheet and saw the hair). We mentioned it to reception and the room was cleaned again. It was better but still not completely satisfactory. Mattresses are old and not that comfortable (lumpy)Bedding is thin and slightly yellow. Bathroom towels are thin , frayed and grey looking. Pool is shared with next door residence so it felt very public. It was also dirty. That hotel has good facilities but everything is old and looking run down. It needs a major overhaul.
