From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
Car Park Notice: Kindly be informed that effective 7th Apr 2023, Level 3A & 3B parking bays are reserved exclusively for hotel guests. All guests checking into the hotel MUST REGISTER at the reception counter at the lobby before entering these floors in order to enjoy the RM 10 per stay. Alternatively, hotel guests may park at Level 7 & 8 which are complimentary. Level 4 to 6 parking lots are fully managed by The Shore Shopping Gallery and chargeable on hourly and daily basis.

ベッドルームは清潔であった。
またバルコニーからライトアップされたマラッカ川を望むことができ、夜景が綺麗だと思った。
洗面、シャワーいずれも排水が非常に悪く流れづらいため、バスルームに溜まってしまい不快な思いをした。またそのためかカビや汚れがかなり目立ち、前の宿泊客のゴミと思しきものがバスタブ裏に捨ててあるままで、清掃が行き届いていないと感じた。
バスタオルも少なく、全体的にアメニティが少ないという印象。
Good hotel with great helpful and professional staff. Accomdation prices are resonable. Location is excellent and convient.

The Sky Deli was really bad. Food and taste were below expectations and even when we were paying, the system failed.

The hotel is located in Melaka City, very close to tourist attractions such as A Famosa and Jonker Walk. There are also many places nearby for food and drinks as well as shopping malls.
The room was quite spacious and clean, the air-conditioning worked well and was nice and cold, the bathroom was clean, with enough toiletries and good water pressure. The in-room facilities such as the sofa and shoe bench were also comfortable.
Breakfast was served on Level 3A, where the dining area was quite spacious. There was a good variety of food from local dishes to Western options.
The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall it was a pleasant stay and the location was definitely one of the best things about this hotel.
However, we stayed in Room 18-025 and the room wall was next to the lift shaft. We could hear the lift going up and down. The sound was not very loud but it was noticeable and a little disturbing especially during quiet times.
