Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Car Park Notice: Kindly be informed that effective 7th Apr 2023, Level 3A & 3B parking bays are reserved exclusively for hotel guests. All guests checking into the hotel MUST REGISTER at the reception counter at the lobby before entering these floors in order to enjoy the RM 10 per stay. Alternatively, hotel guests may park at Level 7 & 8 which are complimentary. Level 4 to 6 parking lots are fully managed by The Shore Shopping Gallery and chargeable on hourly and daily basis.

Breakfast : Buffet breakfast will be charge as following (Unless is selected room & breakfast option). Mon to Sun & Public Holiday: MYR 30+ per adult and MYR 25+ per child (aged 5 to 12 years old)

Please be advised that each room reservation(breakfast included rates) includes breakfast for TWO GUESTS ONLY. Any additional breakfasts can be arranged upon check-in.

Poco… molto basic

Leggermente defilata dal centro, sul lungo fiume, bello da percorrere a piedi

Cons:

Non esattamente un 4 stelle. Lenzuola non pulitissime. Molto, molto basic. Colazione poco internazionale. Odore molto forte nella sala colazione

Tired run down hotel.
Pros:

Not much.

Cons:

Old uncomfortable bed.
Dreadful pool, no shade on offer.
Large gym with lots of poorly maintained equipment.
No exercise mats.

Grand hotel e disponibilità del personale
Pros:

Stanza grande, personale gentile, piscina molto grande, pulizia generale, colazione diversificata

Cons:

Non poter riposare bene a causa di rumori esterni e la mattina presto da una moschea vicina giungevano le preghiere con il megafono svegliando tutti alle 6:00

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel has good facilities, and the location is convenient, with easy access to Melaka’s attractions and food spots. The swimming pool and city view were also enjoyable.

Cons:

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety and the elevators were occasionally slow.
