From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
Car Park Notice: Kindly be informed that effective 7th Apr 2023, Level 3A & 3B parking bays are reserved exclusively for hotel guests. All guests checking into the hotel MUST REGISTER at the reception counter at the lobby before entering these floors in order to enjoy the RM 10 per stay. Alternatively, hotel guests may park at Level 7 & 8 which are complimentary. Level 4 to 6 parking lots are fully managed by The Shore Shopping Gallery and chargeable on hourly and daily basis.

Two issues
When we press the general button from lobby to go to our room, we kept getting into Carpark lift as it always come quickest and when we got in to realise that it only goes to xarpark and we hv to take all our luggage out
Pls hv a separate button for Carpark lift
Second the lift closes too fast
We have a elderly mother with us and the lift shut so quickly

Staffs are very helpful and despite the crowd on a long weekend, the check-in process was swift and smooth.
Breakfast spread offers quite a wide selection and taste good, despite the queue for breakfast, the hall is actually big enough to accommodate the crowd.
Overall it’s good value for money.
Only issue we had was there seems to be water leaking issue with the bath tub tap, making the floor wet
very dedicated staff even I checked in at 1.30am. Breakfast awesome, location very strategic

Room size excellent, we were on the 26th floor and views were great looking out to the strait and along the river. Shower was huge, great water pressure and heat. Our room had a nice lounge and table/desk to work on. The hotel is attached to a large but quiet shopping centre. Pool/s had two infinity pool areas, water very refreshing, large kids pool area as well.
The beds were hard, felt the springs in the matteress.
We decided to pay for the buffet breakfast on our last day - it was disappointing as all the food, tea and coffee were luke warm.
