The location is good.

Cons:

The entire 2nd floor smells like cigarettes. Management did nothing. The only coffee was decaf because they were waiting on a shipment of regular coffee. The mattress was like sleeping on concrete. So so uncomfortable
Housekeeping was standing in the hall playing games on her phone.
The phone in out room didn't work. If there was an emergency....it would be really bad. Never never again

I wouldn't stay here again. It smelled terrible and the bed was not comfortable at all.
Cons:

There was a bad smell in my room and the entire hallway. The bed was also very uncomfortable.

Mediocre stay and slapped with outrageous fee at checkout, with no attempt at resolution by local management

I was assessed a fee of $1,000 based on false accusations, and when I attempted to resolve the issue immediately, I was told the manager wasn’t available for at least an hour and a half even though the desk clerk was texting with her, and the manager never called me. I had my dogs with me and paid the pet fee, only to be assessed a fee for their pet hair, and because the cleaning team found unsmoked marijuana in the room, we were assessed a smoking fee. This was after suffering through our first night in the hotel without a working air conditioning unit, and the temperature reaching 85+ degrees overnight. We were grateful to be moved to a new room by the afternoon of our second day, but the new room had a strange smell from the beginning, and now it feels like a trap to hit us with an outrageous fee. Adding insult to injury, many areas of the hotel routinely smelled like marijuana indoors, and also because the door closest to an outdoor smoking area was broken, it was always propped open, including at night when it was supposed to be secure, and so both cigarette and marijuana smoke could enter the building from there as well. I was taking all of these things in stride until getting assessed a $1,000 fee, which hit my bank account right as I was preparing to return home and was depending on that money for return expenses. I still have not heard back from the manager, despite calling, requesting a call back, messaging via booking—where I had previously received a response—and opening an issue with the parent corporation. Having stayed with my pets at dozens of hotels and Air BnBs, in Colorado and elsewhere, I have never experienced this type of treatment, and reviews left for me always indicate how conscientious of a guest I am.

The room was nice but I wondered why the direct TV box in the room was unplugged. Turns out the fan (I assume) makes a loud buzzing sound. I too ended up unplugging it.
