Noisy and basically and avarage stay with avarage food
I loved the service and packed breakfast for the airport taxi
The hotel is near the airport. The staffs are very friendly and courteous. Overall, the hotel is perfect!
This property was definitely not as represented by pictures online. We chose it because they showed a nice bathroom and beautiful room and ours was definitely not either. Very noisy outside our window with staff and dumpsters and ended up taking cold showers room was bare and minimal.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff is incredible. The food was fantastic. The bathrooms and showers and pool are nice and clean. The location and was perfect for our plans. Would recommend!
Pros: Property is nice, has a nice pool. Staff opened up breakfast before our we left for our flight. Water pressure and hot water was a plus.
Cons: Booked hotel in March for June 15 -17. We arrived around 10:30pm from El Nido and room was not ready. Booked a massage for 8pm and the
Property up keep, cleanliness, location and helpful staff
Kind and accommodating staff
We stayed for 1 night prior to a flight from the local airport and had a pretty bad stay. We knew it would be basic, but the room was more like a cell. The air con unit had been poorly fitted and had a large gap around the side, meaning the heat and mozzies could get in. We had to jam furniture against the unit to try and close the gap. The bed was rock hard.
The wifi did not work well in the room (which was on the second floor). Noise proofing was terrible. There were screaming children playing in the pool until 11.30pm, despite the fact the pool closed at 10pm. We called reception twice to ask that they close the pool/stop the noise given that we had to get up at 3am, but they did not help. Unusually for the Philippines, the staff were unfriendly and disengaged.
The only positive was the airport transfer, which was comfortable and on time.
There's not much to do around the hotel- very limited restaurants and bars.
Staffs are nice and helpful. They have a buffet in every meal.
Loved the stay! Great staff!
The on-site restaurant was nice.
Clearly a historical hotel that deserves updating.
Bed was terrible and could not sleep due to very noisy teens. Had to request a comforter as only a sheet was provided. Please warn customers when the hotel is filled with loud teenagers who are there for overnight graduation ball. Even the staff were noisy through the night.
Bathroom in desperate need of renovation.
Breakfast buffet below average.
Staff accommodating. Noisy at night maybe other customers. Convenient
Our room did not match the photos on Expedia. The bedroom and bathroom specifically did not match the photos. We’re not sure if only some rooms got this remodel that are shown on Expedia or what, but our room was not what we were expecting at all. The beds are uncomfortably stiff, the furniture is out dated, and the bathroom is a health hazard. We noticed mold on the bathroom counter, tub, and ceiling of the bathroom. The AC is incredibly loud and doesn’t properly cool the room. The walls are thin as well, which made sleeping soundly difficult because of all the noises, yelling, and honking outside our window. When we arrived at the airport, we were told that a shuttle would be waiting for us. We tried messaging and calling the hotel but did not receive any information regarding our expected shuttle. After waiting 30min and contemplating purchasing a taxi there, the shuttle finally arrived. When we came to our room after a busy day of travel, we found 2 lizards and multiple bugs inside our room. We booked for 4 nights but only stayed for 1. The staff were friendly for what it’s worth, we overall we would not recommend this hotel.
The staff are very nice and helpful. Great internet/ wifi , nice clean pool . Very good breakfast
Excellent
Amazing place, excellent service.
Our stay at this hotel was very good. The staff were all very helpful from Security Guards , Kuya Boyet and Bads who pick us up and took us back to the airport. Uno the front desk was very patient in giving us information re: tours . Also, the dining staff , housekeeping staff were all great. They have good breakfast ( free) serve everyday buffet and Dinner (399 pesos only).
The hotel is close to the airport and walkable to the Mall, eateries like Jollibee and Chowking.
Overall experience was good/excellent . Highly recommended if we go back here in Puerto Princesa Palawan we will come back at this hotel.
The staff were a friendly and helpful. I liked the facilities, the spacious room, the pool. Breakfast was also nice. The reception staff helped me a lot with my external tour booking and I really appreciated their assistance. Breakfast was good and they even cooked eggs, omelettes and pancakes for guests. The location close to restaurants and Robinson’s Mall made it extremely convenient.
Minor issues only: The air conditioner was a bit loud so that might be a problem for sensitive sleepers. It would be nice to have a hairdryer and kettle in the room.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to people visiting Puerto Princesa.
