Overall, the hotel is very atmospheric, with a rich history. A little outdated, but charming!
Pros:

- Service: not bad, but a fairly average level of English. The hotel is more focused on local tourists.
- Room: comfortable, not new, but good enough.
- Sound insulation: good: from the neighboring rooms and the corridor. Also, the view of the parking lot is not very good.
- Breakfasts: traditional for Japan, but not very diverse, quite expensive
- Location and surroundings: excellent, in the heart of the historic district of Bikan. You can walk around the old part of the city.

Cons:

- There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the room, although you can't smoke in the hotel. But the staff changed our room.
- It is quite expensive to eat at the hotel itself: breakfast and dinner, in our opinion, are overrated.
- A very loud and unpleasant hair dryer.

Pros:

The public bath was clean and very relaxing. The room was clean and cozy. The vibe was warm and comfortable. The stuff was nice! The location was in the center of historic area.
