Heidelberg is a great city to visit.
Pros:

Would love to review the Denner Hotel but when we booked in they would not let us stay. Instead they moved us to the Hotel accross the road - no explanation given. The only likeable thing was it had a lift whereas the Denner apparantly did not.

Cons:

No explanation as to why we where moved to what was a smaller room.
When using the shower you need to throw yourself at the water to get wet. Not that you would want to as the water was only luke warm.
Wifi could not be used. Actually had a better signal from the hotel across the street. Ironic as this was the one we where supposed to stay in.

Das Hotel war super gelegen und super komfortabel. Super nettes Personal und viel größere Zimmer als erwartet. Hat alles bestens geklappt

Pros:

Gut gelegen für in die Stadt zu gehen ohne Bus und Bahn. Rund um das Hotel viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Essensmöglichkeiten

Cons:

Die Kissen im Bett müssten ausgetauscht werden. Die sind wirklich zu klein und zu dünn.

Location was great,

Cons:

Door to balcony was open when I entered with all heating turned off and it was -2 outside.. toilet was also not cleaned .. check in is in a different hotel across the road
