Cons:

Didn't realize that it was actually an apartment - was a bit annoyed about sound from fridge that I turned off during the night.

Never again regardless of price.
Pros:

Low price but lousy condition. Carrying my bags up 3 floors was not good. No elevator, no staff, no way I would stay here if I knew about it.

An elevator to the 3rd floor. Hard to find.

Mooie kamer, mooie badkamer, alles echt goed schoon. Personeel van Bayrischer hof ( voor in en uitchecken) top.
Zelfs fles spa op de kamer als welkomstdrankje.

Die Lage an sich war schon gut.
Freundliches Personal beim Check-In und Frühstück.
Es wurde erkennbar, dass Kritikpunkte aus früheren Gästebewertungen angegangen wurden.

Cons:

Die dauerhaft geöffnete Eingangstür und das dunkle Treppenhaus sind schon befremdlich - Überwachung hin oder her. Die Renovierungsarbeiten im Zimmer sind sehr lokal erfolgt. Reinigung hätte noch gründlicher erfolgen dürfen - z.B. unter dem Bett. Im Bad und an der Fensterbank Silberfischchen ... Vor dem Frühstücksraum im Bayerischen Hof gegenüber ein Bautrocknungsgerät.

Top Lage und genug Platz, eigentlich war es auch sauber nur dann der Service nicht.

Cons:

Es wurde nicht sauber gemacht in unserem Zimmer und für Klopapier mussten wir selber Bescheid geben das es leer ist.
Auf Nachfrage wurde gesagt wir hätten ein Schild raushängen müssen aber erstens hatten wir keins und zweitens denke ich es ist normal das sauber gemacht wird.

Pros:

Nice and cheap hotel right in the centre.
Close to the university too.
The rooms were pretty nice and silent, except for some bus outside and, sometimes, other guests. Still, I wasn't woken up at night.

Cons:

One window was a little ruined, which scared my co-worker a little. I didn't find it problematic however.

Room is in a very convenient location.
Pros:

A nice room but a little cramped for 3 adults. In a good location directly opposite the tram stop and not far to walk to the main attractions of the city.

Cons:

Fridge didn’t work as the power point was faulty. No air conditioning, just a fan so we had a very warm nights sleep.
