The view from the 35th floor. The quality of the room, chandeliers, full panoramic windows. It is the most beautiful hotel room I've stayed in and most stunning view I've had. The desire for the staff to get it right was fantastic. The marble bathroom. All exquisite..

Cons:

Small issue checking in. Despite my trip having been paid for 3 weeks prior to my arrival staff wanted to take the money again.
Being called twice in my room to ask when my "do not disturb" sign would be turned off - thereby negating the essence of "do not disturb". Small things, just irked me a bit. Everything else was exceptional.

Pros:

La disponibilité du personnel, la décoration et ameublement, un pdj très très riche en produits.
Les toilettes ( eau et chauffants)
La box pdj lors d un départ de l hôtel avant 6h30.

Tout était parfait.
