Perfect in every way. The staff in this hotel make the experience here the best in the world!

I like the staff. I've stayed in 5-Star hotels all over the world, but the staff in The Reverie make this hotel stand out above the rest.
The people here actually "want" to provide a first class service, not just that they are being paid to do so. The small touches make all the difference.

Service was superb. Super friendly staff. My kid’s birthday happened to be one of day on our stay. Staff surprised him with a small cake and well wishes note which really made his day.
