Pros:

Service was superb. Super friendly staff. My kid’s birthday happened to be one of day on our stay. Staff surprised him with a small cake and well wishes note which really made his day.

Crazy, fun, luxury!
Pros:

Crazy, fun, over the top decor that is perfect in real life! Our room was very large and lovely, with the most amazing views of the city. The breakfast buffet was one of the best on our trip. Highly recommend.

The staff, the breakfast buffet, the service.

Cons:

The shower stall leaks water out to the floor every time we take a bath. It should be designed better to not having water leaking out.
Ohh the er than that, everything was great. We’re very satisfied with the service and the facility.

We recently stayed at The Reverie Saigon, and after traveling extensively around the world, this hotel truly impressed us. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every staff member was welcoming, attentive, and eager to assist. The level of service was exceptional. We were consistently asked if we needed anything and always felt genuinely cared for.
Even though my birthday was two days before our arrival, the hotel still surprised me with a beautiful birthday dessert waiting in our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made me feel very special.
The breakfast was outstanding, with a wonderful selection and excellent service. While everyone was fantastic, Huy stood out. He was incredibly attentive, always making sure we were well taken care of and had everything we needed. We were fortunate to have him assist us again the following morning, and we genuinely looked forward to seeing him at breakfast because of his warm and professional service.
Our beautiful corner room was spacious and offered amazing views of the city. The bathroom was luxurious and provided plenty of closet and storage space.
We have traveled to many incredible destinations, including the Maldives and Bora Bora, and while we've stayed at many beautiful resorts, the service at The Reverie Saigon truly stands out. The combination of luxury accommodations and exceptional hospitality made this a memorable stay, and we would gladly return.
