The Reverie Saigon

We almost didn’t book The Reverie Saigon because the photos made it look a over the top for our taste, but the excellent reviews and central D1 location convinced us to try it - and we’re very glad we did.

We stayed in a Panorama Room with incredible views overlooking Nguyen Hue Walking Street. From arrival to departure, the service was exceptional and the staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. As we were celebrating our anniversary, our room was beautifully decorated on arrival, and later that evening a bottle of wine and sweets were delivered, which was a lovely surprise and made for a special first night in HCM.

The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with thoughtful touches including his-and-hers sinks, a heated toilet seat, and luxurious Frette linens. Evening turndown included chocolates each night, which was another small detail we really appreciated.

The hotel itself is stunning. While the décor is certainly opulent, it feels elegant rather than overwhelming, and there is something beautiful to notice in every corner. The tile work and marble finishes are incredible.

Breakfast was excellent, with a wide buffet selection as well as an à la carte menu for additional made-to-order dishes.

All of the staff here from check-in, to breakfast, and even the doormen, were friendly, welcoming and always had a smile for us.

After exploring the city in the heat of HCM, Reverie Saigon was a luxurious haven to return to each day.

We would happily stay here again and would absolutely return on our next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

We experienced a very difficult situation after losing our passports on the plane. Despite numerous calls to the airline and the airport, we couldn't find them. Fortunately, Mr. Loc from the hotel was incredibly helpful in assisting us in recovering them. He handled everything professionally and provided excellent support throughout the process. We sincerely thank Mr. Loc and the entire hotel staff for their outstanding service and kindness!

The staff were all very kind and professional. The room was comfortable, and we especially loved the bathroom. We also appreciated that the refrigerator was replenished daily with water, beer, and other drinks, so we did not need to go out to a convenience store.

Another highlight was the excellent service from the hotel. We were grateful that the staff kindly offered us a late check-out, which made our stay even more relaxing. The concierge service was also very helpful and responsive.

Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return in the future.

The Reverie Siagon was luxurious, amazing service and an awesome place to stay. Staff were delightful and so helpful and friendly. Located in district 1, close to many sights, food, bars and the river. Our room was so beautiful and comfortable, bed and pillows were great. A pillow menu was also available if you needed something more. Breakfast was a wide range of cuisines catering for all tastes. I would definitely recommend this hotel. 10/10. Well done team ❤️❤️

We wanted a spectacular finish to our 3 week Vietnam trip & our travel agent recommended this hotel. It’s a perfect location, just outside the door is Nguyen Hue walking street, numerous restaurants, shops & tourist attractions.

As soon as we arrived our jaws dropped at the opulence. Everywhere we looked was incredible. So over the top, but it worked! It wasn’t at all tacky.
We had a warm welcome from the staff with a welcome drink & an upgrade.

Our room was on the 34th floor with amazing river & city views. Took our breath away! The room was spotlessly clean, we loved the bath with TV & neck cushion, the bidet loo, double sinks, complimentary mini bar, coffee machine, slippers & robes, turndown service with chocolates, comfortable bed & amazing sheets, a separate dressing room & the TV that went up & down so as not to spoil the view!

We were lucky enough to have the best view of the reunification day fireworks!

Breakfast was amazing with a buffet or a menu to order from. We enjoyed fruits, cereal, eggs to order, steak, waffles, fresh juices & smoothies & coconuts. Honestly spoilt for choice.

All of our interactions with staff were excellent, polite & professional & friendly.
This is really what makes a stay in a hotel like this extraordinary.

I have a very nice experience during my 8 day stay here. The interior is exquisite and luxurious as a 5 star hotel should be. A quasi dark elevator is kind of peculiar to say the least. My corner room is very nice with a sweeping view of the Saigon river, spanning from Tower 68 all the way to Landmark 81 tower.
My daily interaction with the hotel personel revolves mainly around the breakfast buffet. The crew there is very friendly, professional, attending to all requests with utter politeness. Special commendations to Mr. Huy, Miss Vì and Miss Thi.They make my time there every morning really enjoyable.
I would definitely stay here again.
The buffet is adequate but is enhanced by an inclusive a la carte menu . I would recommend the steak and egg and the cappuccino with the Reverie insignia on the top .
