Unfortunately my experience at this hotel had me checking out at the next opportunity. Staff was unfriendly and demanding and the rooms meant for a couple was tucked next to the garbage room with flies and a foul smell
This hotel stafft are bad behavior in reception.They're not friendly and not helping the Guest.They fight with the guest.They took my money 50dhs for key Card .When we're check in time,They don't explain about the key card.Just check with your team.It's happen (Check In date 30/11/2025) night shifft.He's fight with my wife and check your telephone call voice.We never find our life this kind of bad behavior.we never come back this hotel next time.!!

Dear Pearl Swiss Hotel Management,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred at your property.
Date & Time: 31 October 2025, 23:19 (local time)
Location: Reception area
Staff Member: Manager — Mr. Qamal Sohail
Guest Name: Maksim Sulimov
During my interaction with Mr. Qamal Sohail at the reception, he unexpectedly raised his voice at me and refused to assist with my request. This behavior made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable as a guest.
Moreover, The water from the bathroom leaks onto the floor every time I take a shower. There's a lot of dust in the room. They forgot to provide us with a foot towel on two occasions, and they never provided us with a face towel. Only one of the power outlets in the room works. The breakfasts are not very tasty. They even have a broken coffee machine, and no one is willing to fix it, despite my numerous requests. I found it extremely uncomfortable to stay in this 4-star hotel.
I booked this hotel from October 28th to November 1st. And I booked the same hotel again from November 1st to 3rd on trip.com at 8:00 a.m. on October 31st. I have already paid for the reservation and received a voucher from trip.com. However, the hotel has not received a booking confirmation email. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation during my travels. All the hotel staff refused to help me in this situation, citing that they could not extend my stay until they received a confirmation with 5 digits. Despite my numerous requests for assistance, as this was the first time I had encountered such a situation, the staff did not provide any service or help me. As a result, I wasted my money. I was also very stressed. My wife also experienced significant stress due to this incident with the hotel. She is currently ill and should not be subjected to such stress.
Dubai is globally known for its high standards of hospitality and respectful guest treatment. I trust that this situation does not reflect the values and service philosophy of Pearl Swiss Hotel.

• Clarification of actions taken regarding this matter
• Appropriate service recovery to restore my guest experience

Standard breakfast. What would be expected for the region and the clientele? Good, I would stay. I have been staying there on and off for the last 6 to 7 years.

We stayed for 2 nights. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, with thoughtful gestures that made our stay pleasant. The room was clean, and our requests were well-prepared before arrival. However, the AC wasn’t cooling properly, making the nights uncomfortable, the towels were quite worn out and need replacing, and the TV lacked YouTube, which would have been helpful for families with kids.
It was a business trip. I have stayed there for the past 5 years. It is alwYs a pleasure. Some sraff changes accrued but this will be temporary. The hotel is a grwat value overall. I will try and stay at that location in the future when visiting Dubai. ( :
I recently stayed at Pearl Swiss Hotel in Dubai for three days, and I truly felt at home throughout my visit. The hospitality was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable.
I would like to extend my special thanks to my great friend Manoj for his outstanding care and attention. He treated us always like his family, and his warm, genuine service made a real difference during our stay.

Worst customer service by the staff, very unprofessional, security guard comes for the transfer of room and he dont even know what customer service is, the receptionist doesnt know how to talk with the customer.
New management, utterly disappointed. Especially Jaffar (manager) , Saiful Islam (executive) are running and will run the hotel down to ruins. Greedy and whole layers of lies. Didn't assign the room which we booked and were lying the whole way. When countered with truth and receipts, just were bouncing around the same lies and finally blamed it on management. 100% you will hear more of this in future, just want to take more money off you. Don't believe any online portals, even though they are legit but at the desk, management & their employees will try to skim you off with greed. We were regulars, sadly not anymore.

From the moment you check in you feel very welcome, Genly the receptionist is super friendly and very helpful.The rooms are comfortable and very clean thanks to Binod the Room assistant he goes the extra mile to make your stay very pleasant.
It is a nice hotel and staff were great and helpful. Good place to stay.
It is surprising that only one key is given in this hotel, the second key is forbidden .

Das Hauptproblem war der Kanalgestank im Zimmer. Das Housekeeping war zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich, aber sie haben keine Ahnung vom Putzen, obwohl ich extra Trinkgeld für eine gute Reinigung gegeben habe. Die Handtücher waren nicht richtig gewaschen. Ich war so froh eigene Reisehandtücher dabei gehabt zu haben.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut, aber auf indische Gäste ausgerichtet. Mich hat das nicht gestört. Ich fand es wirklich gut. Für unempfindliche Gäste ist das Hotel eine gute Wahl.
Die Dachterrasse mit Pool fand ich auch ausreichend für eine Erfrischung und zum Sonnenbaden, aber auch nicht mehr.
Friendly staff, nice small swimming pool on the roof. Breakfast could be cleaner
