Breakfast refills were kept up on. The room and facilities were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It’s right next to the freeway and a train track. No elevator so you have to carry everything upstairs. Breakfast was good but not a lot of variety. No fresh fruit or pastries.

Staff were wonderful--friendly and helpful.
Room was very clean.
Pool was great. Not overheated as some hotel pools can be and nobody there the two times I visited. Hot tub was great.
Location was good. Not really near anywhere but easy to get most places, if you have a car. Overlooks the freeway but noise did not bother me.
Air conditioning/heating unit worked well--liked the fan only option --and it provided great white noise so didn't notice freeway.
Appreciate the seating areas in lobby and outdoors.
Would definitely stay again when next in the area.
None of these would prevent me from staying again but things that could be better:
Tiny towels but did the job.
Not very good lighting in the room. An extra lamp or two would have been helpful.
Would prefer unflavored yogurt with breakfast or yogurt without artificial sweeteners. Fresh fruit would be a nice addition. Eggs were good. Overall, breakfast was OK but not great.
As I was checking out, I spotted a gym. This was not mentioned at check-in or in the information supplied in the room.

We complained to the staff that there was a strong odor in our room. It made us cough, eyes water, nose run, and made the bottom of our feet burn. After several stories from staff we found out that someone had released bear spray in the room. We tried airing out the room and a fan but it was inhabitable. At about 10:30 at night I threw up just as staff was bringing a 2nd fan. We refused, asked for a refund, which was denied. We had to move to a different hotel. Staff was rude and gave us several stories. We could also smell perfume which they said that broke in the room as well only to change the story and say it broke in the hall. I believe they were trying to cover up the odor from the bear spray which made things worse! They then refused to give us a receipt for check out and billed us for two nights. We are working with our bank and Bookings for a full refund. Considering we had bodily injuries to our lungs and feet, we feel this is a reasonable request.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, facility was absolutely beautiful and conveniently located. Breakfast was provided which was a wonderful little surprise. Laundry facilities were nice as well. Price was great for all that we received. It would have been nice to have had an elevator to help get luggage upstairs but it wasn't bad. I think some people may have trouble, but we had multiple offers from staff to help get our luggage upstairs so that was nice. We loved our visit and would highly recommend and would stay there again without hesitation.
Only that there was no elevator to get upstairs-minor inconvenience.
Very quiet location and close to the airport and downtown Bozeman.
