Bra beliggenhet, fint rom, fint med basseng

Cons:

Vinduet gikk rett ut til en murvegg en meter unna, så ingen utsikt. Ingen lunsje eller middag fordi det var søndag.

The hotel itself and rooms are lovely, there’s a car park opposite where groups of people where hanging around and also at the nearby pub, slightly discerning but nil actual issues.

Unfortunately I couldn't use my booking. I arrived in Rockhamptom at 9:30pm and tried calling the after hours phone multiple times, leaving messages, with no response.
No other hotel in Rocky was open or available either so ended up sleeping in the car on the streets with my 8yr old and 5yr old. Was very unhappy with the service and outcome.
Thankfully they acknowledged and apologised for the outcome and agreed to fully refund without any questions.
