I couldn’t find a good place to use the small ironing board. Minor issue though.

Won’t come back so as to avoid the same staff member but it was a lovely room.
Pros:

Fantastic facilities and layout, perfect location.

Cons:

Rude staff, no reception (in any form). I had to tell the staff member to stop being rude it was so bad.

Great location with a nice afternoon sunny deck,

Cons:

A few little essentials missing that were needed for using the bbq & kitchen. Doona upstairs needs replacing.
Space was much smaller than appeared online.

tv wasn't working
tried to call to get it repaired had to wait till monday

Disappointing
Pros:

Location is convenient

Cons:

No TV reception - contact with Management via email offered instructions to fix to no avail - contact with other residents whose TV was OK
Evidently the TV reception in this unit is a know issue - needs fixing other than “there is not much we can do “ - an apology may have helped !! Or a move to another empty unit .
Paying $800 for three nights we expect more .

Would not pay for the Penthouse next time.

Location was excellent. Great views

Cons:

No coffee machine, not even a plunger. No basic condiments or alfoil, cling film or paper towel in kitchen. Needed maintenance on bathrooms and aircon
