Pros:

作为洲际旗下酒店，总体上都不太满意。

Cons:

1.设施浴室挡水密封条有破损，没有得到及时修复。套房房间桌子摆放歪斜，与台面不齐平，抽屉边角凸出，勾衣服。
2.打开冰箱的瞬间，飞出个虫子，打死后有拍了照片。
3.房间飘窗的玻璃窗长时间未清洁，都是灰蒙蒙的。
4.夜间柜面客服2人都情绪不够，态度比较被动，缺乏服务行业的待人接物的基本主动。
5.房间灯光光源单一，而且一个床头射灯是不亮的。
6.套房床头插座布局不合理，在枕头上方，充电时没有边柜放手机，如遇充电短路，床品容易自燃，存在安全隐患。
7.地下停车场通道幽暗有异味、整体环境脏兮兮的，车位划线布局局促，部分客人停车歪斜，导致其他车辆无法停入，资源浪费。
8.地下停车场通道有堆物，一些旧床垫及木质旧物堆砌，存在消防安全隐患。另外，滋生蚊蝇，咬了好几个蚊子包。
9.夜间大厅有客人聊天、喝酒，但没有给人家留一点灯光。
总之，与宣传内容不符，作为洲际旗下品牌酒店，在管理和服务上，没有什么性价比。

Pros:

Good option for staying in Suzhou, attentive staff, spacious rooms with great views and acceptable breakfast.

Pros:

The staff was super friendly and they all spoke English well. The breakfast was good and had enough options for foreign travelers. There was a good cheap noodle shop in the small shopping area across the street. The gym was fairly well equipped as well. I would stay there again.

Very good
Pros:

Breakfast was acceptable but not special. Please consider to teach one receptionist English, without using apps. The message in English on app is not working correct.

Cons:

Nobody understands the basics of English. This made communication very difficult, but the staff always tried to help, and this attitude is fantastic.
