حجزت ايام مسبقا ثم صار معي ظرف ورفضوا إلغاء حجز بعض الأيام وارجاع المبلغ .. كنت أتمنى منهم التعاون معي كوني حجزت 8 ايام دفعه واحدة..

There's nothing there you could possibly like better, don't stay there.

Cons:

I lost my key and went to ask for a new one, but they simply wouldn't give me another. Besides, the receptionist didn't speak English. How is this possible? It's quite unfortunate. Avoid this place; their key policy is incredibly stupid.
