Staff were amazing , so friendly -rooms were great , walking distance to restaurants and subway -would stay again

The room was a little small but very nice.
Hard to open two suit cases. Otherwise, it eas lovely ....would go again and try for a bigger room.

Overall had a good stay at the hotel, friendly staff and quiet environment. The hotel is in a convenient location to get the trains, buses and a taxi without hassle. Lots of restaurants located at Clarke quay just few minutes away from the hotel. When I arrived at the property I was tired and jet lagged and it took close to 30minutes for me to just check in to my room because there was a queue of other guests also checking in, i believe they can work on that to be faster
The only thing I didn’t like is that the housekeeping was cleaning the room as late as 4-5pm this would be the time I got back to my room to refresh and go to my next location only to find they haven’t cleaned the room yet. It was a bit of an inconvenience when I wanted to prepare and they came knocking to clean up at that hour.

Small rooms

Bad views large construction sounds. Smells bad like moulds

The hotel is located between Clark and Robertson Quay. Apart from good quality restaurants along the river and a small shopping mall across the road from the hotel, the area is very quiet.
Our room, whilst small, was comfortable, very clean and had good air con. Unfortunately we overlooked a construction site across the road so noise and privacy were an issue. Management did offer us a room change but my husband spent most of our visit in bed with a virus so we were unable to accept.
Pool area is very pleasant. Breakfast was quite good, although it took me three days to realize there was an area elsewhere providing cooked eggs.
Overall, this is a high quality hotel with courteous staff and comfortable facilities.

I don’t have anything a problem with property management but I don’t want your Expedia to mislead me about fake advertising marketing and scams my money and I never ever use Expedia again and I would like to know my friends your Expedia cheated me.

The staff were very nice and helpful. We had a nice view and very convenient going to all the sightseeing places and shopping.

Clean

This hotel was well located for access to subway, the Gardens by the Bay and had plenty of restaurants within the locality

Bathroom is a bit old, but overall no complaints. Great location near Fort Canning Park. I’d rate it as a four-star hotel.

Almost perfect for our business trip, other than the fridge which operates at room temperature at best and the sewer smell that comes from the pipes in the washroom. Other than that, it meets our expectations and then some. Friendly staff that are fairly responsive (except with the fridge issue)
Great pool if you are swimmer and like to do laps.
Decent restaurants and proximity to clark/ boat quay adds to the value.
Breakfast and drinks are above average cost - many other options around.
Rates are decent value
