Great location but outdated rooms
Pros:

Great location in the heart of Gangnam

Cons:

Outdated and small rooms. Heavy mold everywhere. Nonchalant staff members. Musty smell in room

Cons:

very small and congested room. Kitchen is unnecessary.
check-in could have been easier if the staff entertained us in person, but they asked us to use the machine instead.
Also, no provision for early check-in.

Convenient location but needs to be kept clean for better experience.
Pros:

It was in a central location, close to gangnam station and easily accessible. It was good that they have a front desk who can help with check in.

Cons:

One of the bed was broken, so everytime I sat on the edge, the bed would tilt over. There were long strands of hair from other guests and a lot of dust that was not properly cleaned. Even saw footprint on the floors of the room.

Lovely hotel in Gangnam
Pros:

Lovely room , clean and comfy. Well placed for subway and buses. Staff were lovely and helpful

La ubicación y las encargadas de la limpieza eran muy amables.

Cons:

El día que llegué, en la recepción, no me explicaron absolutamente nada sobre el funcionamiento del hotel (el piso que correspondía a mi habitación, que la habitación tiene wifi propio y cual es la contraseña, tema de lavandería…) . El trato no fue precisamente el mejor
