Close to airport
Three weeks after booking this hotel I received an email from the hotel’s general manager that they want to increase my hotel rate due to their system error. If I do not respond within 2 days they will cancel. This is the worst client experience ever. For reference I had booked through Hilton’s 1800 number, not a third party website. I had to scramble to book my stay elsewhere. Not sure if it is a Hilton policy issue. Stay away. See photo.

We have to pay to park, but it wasn’t easy like tipping the housekeeper.

We specifically rented for a birthday and we were unable to use the facilities because they were closed due to dirty conditions and uncleanness
It was close to events we were attending.
No late check out. Probably won’t stay there again because of that.
Staff was very friendly. Loved the kitchen and size of room for a family of six
The bathroom door didn’t have a lock on it and didn’t close all the way. The pool was pretty cold and they didn’t keep the towels stocked one day. Simply asking the front desk got some towels there right away. I wish we didn’t have to pay $65 for parking ($15/day + tax) or pay for room WiFi.
Staff at check in was kind, although they could only get one key to work so we had to make do with one key. The rooms were large and clean. There was a little keycard to put in that turned on the electricity in the room so that was pretty cool. My girls loved the pool.
Only getting one key. The pool areas entryway floor was falling apart so it was pretty painful to walk on/around. And the water was freezing cold.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, although the soap in the shower was pretty much empty. Continental breakfast was good with several options.
Parking lot needs to have their striped redone. There are lines next to faded lines, which clearly caused some confusion with some folks.
The lady at the front desk who checked us in was great! I wish I could remember her name. Also, when I called about a Broken window shade they had someone fix while we were out.
It’s not close to restaurants, so you definitely need a car. The A/C was loud. Price was fair but hotel and location are unremarkable. Staff great!
