Gute Lage in der Nähe des Airports. Ruhige Gegend, in 30 Fahrminuten ist man in Seattle.

We have stayed at this hotel twice before and each time the facility / services seems to notch down.

Pros:

I like that they have a sofa seat, cutlery and microwave. I like the big size of the refrigerator. I could shop and store supplies for a couple of days. Rooms have good circulation space.

Cons:

Room service comes every 3 days.

Hilton Honors does NOT Honor Prices, Not Honorable AT ALL
Pros:

We booked this hotel for two nights mid week in June. Received an email from GM stating that there was an error in pricing and this reservation would be cancelled in 48 hours. This was booked on the Hilton site and we are Hilton Honors members.
She offered to keep our reservation for $100 a night more than booked and give us free airport shuttle. Wait, this hotel is 2.5 miles from airport and doesn't provide an airport shuttle? Come to find out this is an Airline crew hotel and the shuttle is reserved for airline employees. GM stated that over 400 reservations would not be HONORED. Can you say price gouging for the World Cup? This hotel does not care about people, the bottom line is money. Stay somewhere that cares, we did!

Terrible experience.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

This property attempted to increase the price by $100 US dollars after the fact due to the FIFA world cup. It took 3 seperate phone calls and the involvement of booking.com before we were able to cancel and have still not received a full refund. Would never book with them again. Poor customer service.

Was a nice stay
Pros:

Despite my dismay about being misinformed concerning the shuttle, I was pleased with my stay here. Was close to the airport, lobby and room were both nice. The breakfast had some neutral reviews but it was more than adequate. I would certainly stay here again.
