Decent place to stay away from Seattle
Pros:

Staff was friendly, room was clean, although the soap in the shower was pretty much empty. Continental breakfast was good with several options.

Cons:

Parking lot needs to have their striped redone. There are lines next to faded lines, which clearly caused some confusion with some folks.

This is a fine place to stay for work would not stay for vacation.
Pros:

The lady at the front desk who checked us in was great! I wish I could remember her name. Also, when I called about a Broken window shade they had someone fix while we were out.

Cons:

It’s not close to restaurants, so you definitely need a car. The A/C was loud. Price was fair but hotel and location are unremarkable. Staff great!

Bad Timing
Pros:

I only gave that rating because we went at time the hotel had new owners, so there was not breakfast, coffee. Some staff were friendly, most of the time wasn't greeted. I think once everything is in place it would be a better experience. I would stay again after they are 100 operative.

Have not even arrived and already ….
Pros:

I booked multiple rooms in November for a trip in May. I called the hotel directly prior to booking to confirm they offered airport shuttle. I was told it is slow season now but yes in the spring. So I call to confirm it’s up and running … I was told to speak with Nicole, which I did, I found her to be cold and rude. Yes we have a shuttle but not just for patrons only for our contract people. “Feel free to book elsewhere”. Seriously ?? So now I have a group of 12 to arrange transportation for. I hope Nicole learns that service is not only an adjective but also a verb “ to serve”. I usually love Hilton but super disappointed here. Nicole, get another job. One you enjoy.

Great place for a quiet stay!
Pros:

Stayed here for 4 nights as we went sight seeing around Seattle. Good quiet location. Appears to be built in an old industrial park with inactive railroad tracks. Several restaurants are nearby. Great place to stay. Room was clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly. Would stay here again.

Pros:

We appreciated the service given. Everyone at the front desk was pleasant and professional. Having free transportation to the airport was a pleasant surprise. I would encourage anyone staying in Seattle to use your facility.

Cons:

There was nothing I felt of concern. The place is a great place for short are long stay.

Its okay if you really need somewhere to stay. But for leisure not really.
Pros:

I like how everything was neat .

Cons:

Sheets was a bit smelly , smells like someones body odor just stayed there. and also some of the utensils was still dirty , and had to rewash them again. Thin walls and quite noisy in the morning , you can hear someone flushing the toilet upstairs and vacuuming we barely have a sleep.

Pros:

The staff at this property were 100% welcoming and friendly. I did have a couple of issues with the room keys deactivating constantly, but front desk was more that helpful with getting it handled. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Definitely will stay again, and will have to check out the pool the next time.

Nice place to get a good overnight rest, quiet and clean.
Pros:

Easy to access. Room nicely appointed. Bedding smelled very clean. That is a very big deal for me.

Cons:

The living room sofa is aged. I understand it’s a sofabed but it’s very hard to stand once seated. It feels old, lumpy, uncomfortable and dirty.
Breakfast “hot” items were cold.
