Extremely bad, do not believe the pictures on internet. Wonder why the tickets aren’t refundable…we checked in at the same time as a couple and a groupe of friends and they left the next day. We couldn’t unfortunately. The rooms are dirty, the staff mean and unprofessional. Do not take the « breakfast included » option cause you will receive 2 slices of bread and 7 pieces of fruit and a coffee or tea. No buffet at all. They’re SCAMMERS !!!!

La vista de la laguna.

Cons:

El desayuno incluído, la habitación tenía muchísimo olor a humedad, la instalación de la habitación requiere mantenimiento la tv se enciende automáticamente por la noche.

Buena opción, excelente relación precio calidad
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta. Cerca del centro de cancun asi como de las principales playas. La playa más cercana está cruzando la avenida a 3 minutos caminando. La relación precio calidad es muy buena. El desayuno buffete básico pero delicioso.

Cons:

Las instalaciones están un poco descuidadas hace falta mantenimiento en la habitación. La limpieza podría mejorar. El servicio de bar termina 11pm. No hay oferta de comida en el restaurante, excepto el desayuno, si deseas comer o cenar debes pensar en otras opciones fuera del hotel.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente si tienes plan de ir a la playa pública que está enfrente y las salidas de los ferrys que van a Isla Mujeres. Tiene una linda vista hacia la laguna y es recomendable que pidas habitaciones con esa vista porque hacia la carretera se escucha mucho ruido. Las habitaciones son cómodas y amplias. La alberca es de buen tamaño.

Cons:

Las habitaciones huelen a humedad. Es un hotel muy básico, solo para pasar la noche. No hay amenidades ni actividades para niños. El restaurante es costoso con servicio a la carta.
