O pequeno almoço, a limpeza e a simpatia dos funcionários.

A necessidade de marcar uma hora para utilizar a piscina interior e restantes equipamentos, o facto de não se conseguir utilizar a sauna e o banho turco sem ter crianças a abrir permanentemente as portas.
