Prime Laguna Beach Location at an Affordable Price
Pros:

Affordable option for prime location accommodations in Laguna Beach. Room was clean and comfortable. The manager Sal was amazingly polite and helpful. He was a pleasure to deal with. The location is a few steps from the beach and a gorgeous overlook of Crescent Bay. I wouldn't hesitate to return here on our next visit.

Cons:

There are elements of the room decor that could use a bit of updating, but that's a minor observation.

Located in close proximity to crescent bay beach, towel service, AC.

Cons:

Arrived with the blind’s frame broken and derailed not allowing main front facing window curtain’s to remain closed. Solo female traveller, had to reinforce with hair clip for safety. Vanity light bulb burnt out, not replaced. Black mold/rot growing alongside shower heads and shower rods. Wifi service NOT included as advertised due to overdue “network errors”.

Pros:

Motel très bien situé à 5 minutes à pied d'une belle plage et à 5 minutes d'un très beau promontoire qui permet d'avoir un très beau coucher de soleil sur la mer.
Grande chambre, bien équipée et literie confortable.
Les gérants sont très sympathiques et accueillants.

Cons:

Le wifi ne fonctionne pas malgré les différents mots de passe donné, car tout simplement on ne capte rien dans la chambre.
Un seul oreiller mis à disposition par personne, c'est peu. Il y a bien un coussin de décoration en plus,mais j'imagine qu'il n'est pas nettoyé entre chaque client,il ne peux donc pas servir d'oreiller. Toutefois j'ai pu en demander un supplémentaire sans problème.
Ce motel est composé de 3 bâtiments parallèle à la route ( une 2x2 voies ) ,alors si vous avez la chance d'être dans le bâtiment le plus éloigné, j'imagine que ça va.
Moi ayant eu une chambre au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée, en première ligne et vu que la chambre n'est absolument pas isolé phonétiquement ( simple vitrage, jour qui passe en dessous de la porte) , le bruit de la circulation était tout simplement insupportable.
Donc plus de 200 $ pour un motel en bord de route sans wifi,même si l'emplacement est top, cest trop cher.

Lovely get away.
Pros:

We love the location. It’s peaceful and has access to the paths to the beach. We also like being able to walk in the beautiful neighborhoods to other accesses to the beach.
We walk to the trolley to go into the village, go to the art festival n go south to other hotels n restaurants.
The staff is friendly and welcoming.
It is always a nice stay for us.

Cons:

We wish there were more options for food close by.

The Inn is old school...and it shows... carports are downstairs/ rooms are upstairs....the stairs going to/from the room, I worry about

Excellent service and lovely location.
Pros:

Our room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating. Our room was quiet and parking was ample. Beach is nearby and there is a convenience store across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Getting to our room involved stairs, getting to the beach involved a steep slope. The property is a little dated with carpet rather than wood floors but all in all we liked it.

Peaceful restful beautiful comfortable friendly manager Sal and wife. I definitely recommend to stay here again.

Beautiful ocean view with a beautiful trees and short walk to the beach , loved the very comfortable bed and rain shower and short drive to downtown Laguna.

Quiet beach motel in Laguna Beach.
Pros:

CBI is located toward the north end of Laguna Beach at the northern end of the free trolley. The highlight for us was the three minute walk to the Crescent Bay Beach. While not private, it was much less busy than other public beaches. CBI is close to a couple restaurants but the bulk of dining and entertainment are further south. Sal is a very helpful front desk person.

Cons:

CBI is an older property that has been adequately maintained. Parking is tight but free. Streetside rooms will be exposed to the Pacific Coast highway traffic noice feathering some fairly aggressive auto noice from time to time. Oceanside rooms are much quieter.
