Die Dekoration und die Ausstattung.

Cons:

Klimaanlage bläst genau auf das Bett, auch im Frühstücksraum ist es viel zu kalt und zugig.
Man hört den Verkehrslärm sehr laut.

The most comfortable bed in BKK!
Pros:

Unique room with balcony which is quite unique in BKK. Well located among multiple popular malls. Staff are lovely and very attentive. The hotel has one of the best shower and bed!

Cons:

Booked this hotel especially for a stay-at-the-hotel-all-day before flying internationally the next day, using all the hotel facilities without having to leave the hotel. Unfortunately, not all facilities were available, in my case it was the rooftop lounge that was closed for the business event. Such a shame, came especially for that. Can’t blame the staff, they did their best to sort it out with a room upgrade but it won’t replaced what’s been missing. A communication upfront if known would’ve been appreciated online. Secondly, seating area at the lobby was very limited. During the checkout time, it can become easily crowded with no available seats left while waiting for your transport. Last one, wall decoration looks lovely and matching with the hotel’s theme. However, the decoration is full off dust.

Great Skyline from a great hotel
Pros:

Wireless Road in Bangkok is a great location, and Hotel Indigo is right there. So, we had a great room in aa great hotel at a great location. Our stay (as a matter of fact, two stays for a total of seven nights in the two week span) was really enjoyable and memorable. The room, breakfast, Rooftop bar, friendly staff- all this made our experience!

Cons:

What would be great for the hotel to consider (but this is applicable to most of properties globally) is if the hotel guests could also benefit from the discounted prices in public hotel facilities (including the Rooftop bar and the Hotel restaurant). This would I believe equally benefit the hotel as well as the hotel guests.

OMG what an amazing stay, in a first class hotel with an exceptional team of staff.
Pros:

First class communication leading up to the visit, meeting all requests and needs through Booking.com messaging system.

When we got to the hotel, the staff were friendly, professional and could not do enough to make our stay luxurious and positive.

It was a 60th birthday surprise and OMG did they surprise when the bed was made up with a birthday cake, and a gift and beautiful card which was handwritten from all of the staff. It doesn’t come more personable and professional than that.

Throughout the stay the food was perfect, the rooms were divine, and the showers were even better lol :) .

But none of this can happen without the amazing staff they have and their proactive approach providing the best customer service ever in the land of smiles.

Thank you for everything you did to make this stay first class and we will definitely be booking with you again!
