The best team in a fabulous hotel
Pros:

Such a lovely hotel with amazing staff. So helpful and friendly. The kind manager Aum and a lovely reception person An organised a beautiful surprise for my birthday. An drew a coloured picture of my partner and I from a photo. I will treasure it. The team really go above and beyond. The hotel also has a stunning rooftop pool and fab buffet breakfast. Highly recommend!

Great Find!!!
Pros:

I simply loved this hotel. The location is perfect. Within walking distance of several restaurants, shops, a large shopping mall and the BTS station.
The hotel staff was very welcoming on our arrival and quickly got us checked in. My room was just perfect. One member of our group had an issue with hers but the staff was on it and made everything work out perfectly for her.
I love the decor of the hotel and the rooms. Vintage camera, movie projectors, radios and jukeboxes. It was so stylish. The hotel was always clean and comfortable. The bath products are fabulous and the shower is spacious and very nice.
The rooftop bar is the best place to hang out in the evening and watch the skyline. Good happy hour and delicious drinks. The pool is also very special. I can't say enough about this hotel and will definitely be using it again when I come to Bangkok.

I would like to sincerely commend K. Fah for the excellent housekeeping service and impeccable cleanliness maintained throughout my stay.
The Front Office team, especially K. Friend, K. Warn, and K. Miquel, K. Jame provided outstanding hospitality with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine warmth.I would also like to extend my appreciation to Security Manager, K. Japan, for his valuable and clear guidance regarding transportation, which was extremely helpful.Overall, the hotel reflects a high standard of service and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.

OMG! Excellent service and hotel
Pros:

This hotel checked every box.

When we checked in there was some confusion with our rooms, and one of the rooms had a maintenance situation that could not be fixed for a few hours. I was frustrated. But the hotel took a lot of extra steps to accommodate our needs and find other appropriate rooms, which reduced the frustration. They really did a superb job of handling the situation.

The staff go out of their way to provide excellent service in every part of the hotel. They were all incredible.

The breakfast is amazing and has endless options, with very attentive staff and good coffee.

The roof top bar is lovely. I did not eat in the restaurant on the 24th floor but our friends said their steaks were delicious.

The restaurant on the second floor is small, with good food, and great service

The rooms are really nice, spacious and have luxurious bath products. They have fabulous views of the city.

The location is wonderful as you are very close to the sky train and within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops.

We were a group of six and all of us said we would definitely return to this hotel.

Очень красивый, уютный отель! Заселили сразу по приезду. Отличный номер, тихо, в номере есть всё необходимое, кровати удобные. Вкусные завтраки. Отличный бассейн на 24 этаже. Прекрасный персонал! До метро 8 минут спокойным шагом. Рядом есть кафе, магазины, 7 eleven. С большим удовольствием остановлюсь в этом отеле ещё раз по приезду в Бангкок!

Amazing Hotel and staff!!
Pros:

The Hotel Indigo is a very luxurious hotel with large beautiful rooms, extremely attentive staff and great location. Our stay was nothing short of amazing as we had a special occasion and asked for help to make it memorable. To say the hotel and staff nailed it would be an understatement. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone wanting a special place to stay. 10 out of 5 STARS!!

Wonderful stay
Pros:

We had a good time in the hotel. Liked the Thailand street visual culture elements in the hotel and the use of different woods in different area in the hotel. Room floor corridor was so designed to encourage air ventilation and therefore no AC required
Very nice high floor swimming pool overlooking the city.

A special shout out to concierge staff Tom who was super helpful, friendly and professional. He helped us a lot about our luggage transferring from Indigo to another hotel. He made a huge difference about our staying experience.

I stayed at this hotel for a week, and it's excellent, from the moment I arrived until the very last day. I loved the classic, vintage style and decor. Above all, the staff were lovely and made my stay perfect, always attentive to my needs. Special mention goes to Aom, the hotel manager, who was always in contact with me; Martin, for his friendliness; Minie, who was an intern and looked after me at the breakfast buffet; and all the staff who helped me at the buffet—all very kind, attentive, and friendly.

Regarding the hotel's location, it's in one of the best areas of Bangkok. It was very peaceful, and from my balcony on the 23rd floor, I could enjoy the beautiful sunrises over Bangkok's skyscrapers.

The room was perfect—very large, very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. I felt more comfortable than in my own home. Both the infinity pool and the breathtaking rooftop views were perfect for relaxing while enjoying the Bangkok skyline, listening to music, and sipping a drink. From there, you could see Bangkok's tallest tower, the MahaNakhon.

Every time I went down to the hotel lobby to start my day in Bangkok, they asked me what I was planning and always gave me advice, making the start of my day more enjoyable.

I wanted to thank Aom and the rest of the Hotel Indigo team because on my last day they allowed me to check out late, around 2:00 pm. This was a very kind gesture, allowing me to enjoy my last evening in Bangkok and making my departure more relaxed, as my flight was in the early hours of the next morning. They let me shower in the late afternoon so I could go to the airport more refreshed.

I would definitely return to this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the Indigo Bangkok, and a big part of that was thanks to Jame at the front desk. From the moment I checked in, Jame was incredibly welcoming and professional. He took the time to explain the hotel’s amenities, offered great local recommendations, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

His warm demeanor and attention to detail really stood out. Whether it was arranging transportation or answering questions about the neighborhood, Jame handled everything with a smile and genuine care. It’s rare to encounter such personalized service, and he truly made me feel like a valued guest.

The hotel itself is stylish and well-located, but it’s the people like Jame who elevate the experience. If you’re staying at Indigo Bangkok, I hope you’re lucky enough to be greeted by him. Excellent service, great attitude—thank you, Jame, for making my trip even better!
