Access to the spa is by reservation only and is subject to availability. Guests over 16 years can access the spa wellness area under adult supervision.

When traveling with dogs, please note that an extra charge of EUR 40 per pet, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 dog per room is allowed.

Please note that the property can only allow dogs with a maximum weight of 30 kg.

Spa access is also free for one hour per guest per day, but please note that spa is allowed only for guests over 16.

Pros:

Posizione con vista panoramica, spa piccola ma confortevole contenente tutto. Apprezzata la cioccolata, le caramelle e i marshmallow e gli snack di frutta secca. Apprezzato il fatto che la piscina fosse +16, modo piacevole per rilassarsi senza schiamazzi vari.

Cons:

Sicuramente da migliorare la qualità dello staff di sala che non è assolutamente adatta ad un hotel a 5 stelle sia per i modi di porsi verso il cliente sia per la maleducazione. Da fare molta attenzione alla pulizia delle camere, per evitare di trovarsi ragnatele in camera, refill di bagnodoccia vuoto, o acque già aperte. Le camere non sono insonorizzate! Si sente tutto! Abbiamo sentito il capo pulizie sgridare. É inaccettabile.

Good stay but not sure I would spend so much a night to stay here.
Pros:

Really high end property and decorated well but not sure if it is worth the spend per night of over £600

Cons:

Breakfast was good but the food in the restaurant for dinner was really expensive and really not so good quality. We had a leek dish and an onion soup dish. Both over £35 and really not worth it. Better restaurants in the area we could have eaten for at a much lesser price.
The cheese and croutons were so hard and inedible.

Fabulous stay - totally recommend! We will be back.
Pros:

Great experience all round. The free, on-demand shuttle to and from the slopes removed all the hassle usually associated with schlepping skis and other equipment.

Cons:

No major issues - but I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant for dinner. There are better restaurants in the town. And cheaper.
