Access to the spa is by reservation only and is subject to availability. Guests over 16 years can access the spa wellness area under adult supervision.

Bel emplacement, accès au spa et excellent petit déjeuner.
Le parking est un peu limité (il ne faut pas arriver en dernier)… et le jacuzzi extérieur pas chauffé !

The physical stay at the hotel was wonderful; the rooms were comfortable, the spa was superb, and breakfast was truly fantastic. Special thanks to Bruno from the reception, who provided exceptional service on-site.
Unfortunately, our overall experience was severely ruined by the management’s reservation service. Prior to our arrival, we encountered complete inflexibility, absolute unresponsiveness, and zero willingness to assist with an adjustment to our booking. Even when alternative solutions were proposed by us. Calls were never returned, notes were not saved by the representatives, and we were forced to repeat ourselves endlessly.
It left us with a strong impression that customer satisfaction means nothing to corporate management; only keeping the customer's money matters, regardless of the situation. A fantastic on-site team completely let down by rigid, uncaring administration.

Ubicazione bella e comoda.
Struttura di alto livello e molta bella architettonicamente con il fascino un moderno resort di alta montaña. Spa e zona wellness molto bella, con vista diretta sul giardino e ghiacciaio del Rutor. Personale molto amabile e super professionale (Bruno in primis, grazie).
Colazione molto fornita e con prodotti tipici, tutto buono.
Forse il prezzo, ma il lusso si paga e ripaga.
Pochi parcheggi disponibili nella zona esterna, se necessario c'é un parking interno coperto a pagamento.

La struttura si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, la zona è tranquilla ma si fa fatica a trovare posteggio.
Ottima la colazione, varia e buona qualità le materie prime.
Lo staff molto gentile ed accogliente, pronti a darti tutti i consigli per delle belle passeggiate.
La Spa piccola ma molto carina e pulitissima.
Non mi è piaciuto il servizio al ristorante, troppo pretenzioso, ma la cosa peggiore è stata la finta cortesia, non ci siamo assolutamente sentiti a nostro agio, alla scelta di non prendere il dolce siamo anche stati guardati male, non mi era mai successo, per questo abbiamo scelto di non cenare più all’interno.

Le camere non hanno l’aria condizionata per il rinfrescamento … questo è un problema soprattutto nel mio caso in quanto avendo la camera proprio sopra la zona relax non potevo tenere le finestre aperte per via del rumore e del fumo di sigarette che entravano in stanza
