Access to the spa is by reservation only and is subject to availability. Guests over 16 years can access the spa wellness area under adult supervision.

Colazione ottima, abbondante e molto diversificata, personale molto professionale, gentile e accogliente. Posizione ottima per le attività estive o c’è qualcosa che non ti è piaciuto autunnali.
Pulizia, colazione
Colazione splendida, molto varia. Cena interessante, personale molto gentile. Organizzazione nell'accesso alla SPA, su prenotazione, così il soggiorno risulta molto piacevole.
40€ per il cane sono eccessivi se si soggiorna UNA SOLA notte. Il cane non è necessariamente sinonimo di sporcizia. Le persone educate lo tengono in una cuccia e oltre a del pelo che richiede di aspirare la stanza come si farebbe dopo un soggiorno senza cane, non c'è extra pulizia da fare.
Non è una struttura grande, quindi con poche stanze

La posizione e la struttura in linea generale sono un punto a favore, anche se vi sono alcuni dettagli degli arredi delle aree comuni che non sono di mio gusto e ritengo poco allineati ad una struttura 5 stelle (ascensori ed alcuni arredi del bar e bistrot). Molto bella la spa, anche se manca di una piscina all'aperto.
Nulla di specifico, se non un certo feeling - tipico di alcuni hotel in Italia - che non mi ha trasmesso l'atmosfera di un hotel a 5 stelle.

Niente. Solo un piccolo misunderstanding sulla carta di credito prontamente risolto.
La colazione è adeguata agli standard di un hotel a cinque stelle. Sarebbe tuttavia opportuno predisporre un foglio esplicativo con l’indicazione dei cibi che possono essere preparati su richiesta, specificando sia quelli inclusi nel servizio sia le eventuali proposte a pagamento. Sebbene la conoscenza di questa possibilità non escluda la necessità di informarsi autonomamente, in assenza di indicazioni scritte sarebbe comunque gradito che il personale di sala provvedesse a informare gli ospiti sulle diverse opzioni disponibili.
