Important information:

Access to the spa is by reservation only and is subject to availability. Guests over 16 years can access the spa wellness area under adult supervision.

When traveling with dogs, please note that an extra charge of EUR 40 per pet, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 dog per room is allowed.

Please note that the property can only allow dogs with a maximum weight of 30 kg.

Spa access is also free for one hour per guest per day, but please note that spa is allowed only for guests over 16.

Pobyt był wspaniały , śniadania bardzo dobre pokoje czyste a spa niezwykle .

Podoba mi się spa oraz śniadania były bardzo dobre . Personel był miły . Hotel jest bardzo nowoczesny i wygodny ładnie zaprojektowane wnętrza .

Cons:

Pokój który wybraliśmy nie odpowiadał temu na zdjęciu . Trochę byliśmy zawiedzeni . Bo w poprzednim roku mieliśmy ten z dwoma dużymi oknami a teraz dużo mniejszy . Mój partner nie lubi małych pokojów czuję się klaustrofobicznie .

Belle chambre au calme bien aménagée. Beau spa très agréable. Excellent restaurant pur le dîner et petit-déjeuner exceptionnel

Cons:

Manque une bouilloire dans la chambre, mais bon café. Sinon tout était très bien

een mooi verblijf maar iets te duur voor wat je krijgt

eten in de bar was lekker

geen verwarming in de badkamer met hoge plafond..
dranken heel duur
het eten in het restaurant was duur en echt niet lekker..(daar moeten ze een andere kok nemen .)

Très bel hôtel à La Thuile qui a rendu notre séjour de ski agréable
Pros:

Hôtel très agréable, bien équipé, espace wellness spacieux et agréable.
La junior suite était très spacieuse pour trois occupants, plus grande que nos attentes.
Superbe buffet pour le pt-déjeuner.
Navette entre l'hôtel et le départ des télécabines très appréciée.
Tout le personnel était accueillant et efficace.

Cons:

Dans les choses à améliorer :
-des wc séparés de la salle-de-bains aurait été un plus pour une junior suite
-une bouilloire avec choix de thé / tisanes dans la chambre aurait été appréciée
-insonorisation du plafond/sol car nous entendions les bruits de pas des occupants de l'étage supérieur

Absolutně neprofesionální a neochotný personál, informace na booking.com nesouhlasí s realitou.
V hotelu 5* musíte rezervovat místo na večeři i wellnes, bez rezervace stolu v restauraci nám v den příjezdu nechtěli dát večeři, po stížnostech nabídli aleapoň místo na baru a pizzu. Hluk na pokoji z vedlejších pokojů, hlučná vzduchotechnika od 6:00 do 23:00 nonstop. Na booking.com nebyla informace, že děti do 16 let do wellness nesmí a po dotázání se recepčního, jaké mám tedy v 5* alternativy aktivit s dětmi, bylo mi řečeno, že děti mohou přes den lyžovat.
A to nemluvě o tom, že se jedněm angličanům ztratily lyže v hotelovém depotu.
Hotel odpovídá kvalitou průměrné 3*.
Poslední den jsme se stěhovali do jiného hotelu

Amazing time in the mountains.
Pros:

The staff were fantastic. Not only was I surprised at breakfast with a sweet thought but they were very helpful helping us get out our car which was stuck in the snow. Rooms wereclean and housekeeping did a fantastic job with preparing our rooms too. The hotel is also very quiet and peaceful.

L'eccellenza di La Thuile ideale per chi vuole sciare ma anche rilassarsi

La dimensione delle camere, la qualità della colazione e la sala e la spa. Qualità dei servizi in spa

Cons:

Il servizio navetta é attivo solo negli orari degli impianti, altri 5 stelle offrono il servizio dalle 7am a mezzanotte.
La temperatura dell'acqua in spa potrebbe essere aumentata di qualche grado

Estadia perfeita em hotel dos sonhos
Pros:

Nós amamos nossa estadia no hotel, foi simplesmente mágico e queremos voltar novamente! Fomos em Janeiro de 2026 e havia uma linda árvore de Natal e o hotel estava todo decorado com luzinhas. Nosso quarto tinha uma vista linda para o teleférico, era bonito, amplo e confortável. Os funcionários muito solícitos e atenciosos, sempre dispostos a ajudar e compartilhar informações. A comunicação com o hotel, desde antes da nossa chegada, foi também muito assertiva e clara. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, super diversificado.

Cons:

Tudo foi perfeito. Queremos voltar para esquiar!

SPA agréable et normalement équipée. Il faut réserver pour 1h pour éviter qu'il n'y ait trop de monde en même temps.
Chambre spacieuse avec une jolie vue. Personnel très agréable et serviable dans toutes circonstances.
