Access to the spa is by reservation only and is subject to availability. Guests over 16 years can access the spa wellness area under adult supervision.

When traveling with dogs, please note that an extra charge of EUR 40 per pet, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 dog per room is allowed.

Please note that the property can only allow dogs with a maximum weight of 30 kg.

Spa access is also free for one hour per guest per day, but please note that spa is allowed only for guests over 16.

Pros:

Le personnel, le spa, le confort de la chambre

Cons:

Nous avions un loft côté montagne et la ventilation se met en route de manière bruyante même la nuit et tôt le matin.
L ascenseur du spa arrive juste à côté de la porte d entrée principale qui est souvent ouverte et donne du froid quand on veut rejoindre l ascenseur.
Les prix du mini bar ne sont pas indiqués dans les chambres.
Il est difficile d avoir de l eau chaude vers 19h au 3eme étage pour prendre une douche confortable.
Les travaux derrière l hôtel, indépendants de votre volonté, ne permettent pas un repos en toute quiétude.
L insonorisation des chambres n est pas parfaite. Quand une porte de chambre claque, la tête de lit bouge.

Week end a La Thuile , fantastico paesaggio naturale relax con il meglio del comfort in struttura.

The hotel did the job as a transit Hotel. If we did a similar trip we would look elsewhere.

On the face if it this Hotel had much to like. Excellent Staff, Excellent Location.

Cons:

However, Once the sheen is taken off, the rooms look fabulous but the fittings are very low quality. Cheap plastic loo seats. Plastic shower heads that wobble about. No hot water on the first night. Parking outside was free... but full. This meant a €30 fee for parking underground. Really quite steep for a 5* hotel in the summer. Breakfast was fine. But only fine. Closer to 3* than 5*.

Il n'a pas été possible pour nous d'annuler une nuit d'hôtel malgré un problème de voiture qui nous a obligé de partir une journée plus vite....
Nous sommes arrivé à l'hôtel et il y avait un mariage , donc un peu bruyant mais surtout impossible de boire un verre au bar avant 20 h ... car tout ces espaces étaient privatisés pour le mariage , vraiment très dommage... mais l'endroit est vraiment très reposant .

Sehr freundliches Personal. Hotel ist neu und stilvoll.

Cons:

Direkt neben dem Hotel ist eine große Baustelle. Dies wurde im Vorfeld bei booking nicht erwähnt. Störte durch Lärm und beeinträchtigte die Aussicht. Sehr ärgerlich!
Rauchen auf den Balkonen ist erlaubt. Der Nachbar rauchte Zigarren!!! Sehr störend, vor allem im Sommer, wenn man das Fenster öffnen muss. Man meinte nur: Mei, das ist erlaubt 🤷🏻‍♀️
Das Frühstück ist gut, war aber JEDEN Tag genau das GLEICHE - bei Obst, Saft, Kuchen, Käse, Wurst… KEINE Variation. Auch keine frischen Eier. Für fünf Sterne mE sehr schwach!
Das Einstundenlimit im kleinen SPA ist im Sommer, wenn wenig los ist, völlig überflüssig. Schade!
