Good, affordable experience.
Pros:

Room was clean and functional. Nice little kitchen. I got some highway noise but it wasn’t very bothersome.

Great place to get some family rest
Pros:

If you need room for the family, this is the place!! We needed a place to rest on our trip back from Florida. This place was able to give everyone in the family a place to sleep on peace! It was very clean and the value didn't break the bank. It was an easy off and on i75, so I didn't loose time getting back and forth. The people here were very friendly and the other customers (and dogs) were awesome as well. Was able to get some grubhub ordered in and get the rest we needed. Thanks again Staybridge!!

Coby, at the Front Desk, was great! Check in was so smooth!
I loved the options for breakfast! What a fantastic idea to provide items so one could build their own breakfast taco! All the hotels should do this!

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Friendly and accommodating staff from check-in to check-out! It was great having a kichenette with full size fridge, 2 stovetops and full size microvave for my extended stay. Free full breakfast was amazing, varied, and well stocked everyday. Quiet location and just 1 mile to anything your heart desires! A mall, movie theater, restaurants galore, Walmart, Target, Ross, Marshall's, Burlington and so much more! Nice lounge area with tv's. Laundry room with 4 washers & 4 dryers. Fitness room with machines and free weights. Only 16 miles to University of Tennessee, Food City Arena and Stadium. A Home away from Home!

Great front desk service
Pros:

After our 6 hour drive, it was determined I had selected the wrong room when making my reservation. The front desk staff was phenomenal and able to help me upgrade to handle our family of 4 comfortably.

Some good, some bad
Pros:

I picked "yes," but that doesn't mean that I would necessarily come back to this hotel. It is right on the interstate, and the soundproofing is very poor. So I heard cars and trucks roaring by all night. The sound even came through the vents in the kitchen and bathroom. The breakfast buffet was also skimpy. And we really hate it that both Staybridge hotels that we stayed in on this trip didn't have Netflix.
But the room itself was adequate. And the hotel staff did send us the Fitbit and charger that we left in the room accidentally.

Great
Pros:

Hotel was absolutely beautiful the only problem I had was, all the silverware, dishes etc... was still in the dishwasher. Didn't know if they were clean or dirty. Other than that everything was great. Triston front desk agent was so amazing and friendly. He made sure my stay was going great and every time he saw me, he held a conversation. Keep up the good work

Great value and breakfast!
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. The room was spacious. The beds were super comfortable. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Cons:

The hallways could have been a tad cleaner. I did notice dirt and dust on carpet. Nothing too terrible though.

Great pet friendly property
Pros:
