Room stank of urine. Staff came up and sprayed Febreeze. It did not help at all.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Staff was responsive.

Cons:

Our room reeked of urine. The toilet seat was broken. The toilet had dark brown stains. The lights were all turned off in the area of ice/soft drinks. The entire property appears tired and in need of a refresh. This was the worst Staybridge I have stayed in.

Great Place to Stay!
Pros:

The common areas and room were both very clean and quiet. The room was well equipped and the bed was very comfy. The location is great. It was tucked away from the main road which added to the quietness since there was no traffic noise. The staff, who were very helpful and attentive during my entire stay, was kind enough to allow me to stay and work a little after checkout time. The den area was a perfect spot that offered enough privacy to finish up some important tasks before I had to hit the road.

My only complaint is that I couldn't connect to the WiFi so I had to use my phone's hotspot to work. In their defense, I didn't take the time to let anyone at the property know that I couldn't connect to the WiFi so they might have had a solution.

The price was excellent for the service and cleanliness. I will definitely return for another stay when I'm back in the area.

Pros:

Room was clean and functional. Nice little kitchen. I got some highway noise but it wasn’t very bothersome.

Great place to get some family rest
Pros:

If you need room for the family, this is the place!! We needed a place to rest on our trip back from Florida. This place was able to give everyone in the family a place to sleep on peace! It was very clean and the value didn't break the bank. It was an easy off and on i75, so I didn't loose time getting back and forth. The people here were very friendly and the other customers (and dogs) were awesome as well. Was able to get some grubhub ordered in and get the rest we needed. Thanks again Staybridge!!

Pros:

Coby, at the Front Desk, was great! Check in was so smooth!
I loved the options for breakfast! What a fantastic idea to provide items so one could build their own breakfast taco! All the hotels should do this!
