Pros:

Spacious rooms, hot tub was large, good location, good price.

Cons:

The water in the shower is opposite so the hot is cold and the cold is hot. Which if I was told would have been ok but I tried to get it hot for 20 minutes before o figured it out. The ice machine on our level didn’t have any ice in it when I tried to get some 8:30am. Tv was hard to turn on and took l10-15 tries before it worked.

Pros:

The breakfast was great. I've never seen a hotel with a "To Go" bag hanging in the kitchen. We were running late to a showing, my daughter had her children, thanks to the Holiday Express we made it on time and our kiddos had a bag of goodies. Thank you so much.

Cons:

Loved the hotel, no complaints.
