We would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The staff was amazing! We had arrived hours before check in and the manager was more than accommodating. She held all of our luggage and refrigerated our food. She continued to help us through out the entire trip.

Cons:

Can’t really complain much. The food was decent for a continental breakfast. The tub looked like it saw better days but it was clean. Carpet in the room seemed damp but looked clean. The pool was a good temperature but could have used some shade for the lounge chairs. Really, the staff made it a great experience.

The location

Cons:

The tiles on the shower floor and the thorn up comforter on the bed. The ac cooled in the day and at night it wasn't as cool and made a lot of noise.

Would Not Stay Again
Pros:

The location of this property is perfect for the trip I had planned. It is close to the airport and near a shopping plaza if needed.

Cons:

The staff is not welcoming. I had packages delivered to the property and had to pay $5 for each package, even the ones that arrived while I was at the property. I considered this a double standard because they do not charge an additional fee for food delivered to the property. The bathtub wasn't clean. There was soap scum in the tub when I arrived. I saw two roaches in the bathroom, so there are some pest issues.

All good things about this Hotel
Pros:

The ease of access to shopping centers. The staff is very friendly and professional. Always booked with Comfort Suites
