Pros:

Desk worker, Tanjali might have been her name, was SO good. It was chaotic with so many people coming and going from flights and cruises, but she was so calm and handled everything in such a pleasant way. She even called me to let me know my room was ready early.

Adequate for single night after a flight.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, the staff at the reception desk was helpful and friendly, and the kitchen staff was helpful. Breakfast area was clean. I liked the sitting room area in the room which was separate from the bedroom.

Cons:

There was no body wash. Breakfast could have included more fresh fruit , potatoes, plain yogurt,and sugar free whole grain cereal. The room was sparsely decorated .

Hotel was very nice, only stayed one night, didn't use the amenties
Pros:

Easy check in and out process. My room was nicely appointed and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great for getting to and from the venue we attended.

Nothing really.

Pleasant Stay
Pros:

Loved the free shuttle to and from the airport and that we were able to arrange with the same shuttle service to take us to the port. loved that the hotel had a connection with a restaurant for free delivery. The rom was clean and comfortable, plenty of space.

Cons:

Did not like the breakfast options. Food was cold at 7am iin the morning, and they opened up at 6:30am.

Pros:

It was nice to get breakfast and pool was fairly clean.

Cons:

We needed a room with a pull out couch and it was terrible. The mattress was dirty and very lumpy and springy. The wording online makes it sound a lot nicer than the suites are.

The breakfast was good the hotel was clean room was confrontable and the water was very hot when bathing
