Hola, en la recepción fui mal tratada por una persona de nombre Natalie. Yo tengo problemas para caminar. Pedí q me explicara que me correspondía pagar ella habla español y se negó. Luego avisamos que el baño no funcionaba y no hicieron nada. Tuvimos q bajar al baño de la planta baja del hotel. Llame para reclamar, pagué 177$ q creo deberían devolver porque todo fue como lo estoy manifestando.y solo Uds podrían intervenir. Gracias

Estoy muy frustrada por el maltrato y la desconsideración. El sanitario estaba tapado. Mi hija fue al baño y no bajaba. Y ellos nada solucionaron. Como no podíamos usar el baño nos tuvimos que ir a las 8 am.

Convenient location but poor quality, especially buffet.
Pros:

Close to airport and port.

Cons:

Rooms were not clean. Buffett was awful-the coffee was the worst we ever had (and we are former military). Low quality for the price.
