One of the rooms that I rented the room reaked of smoke and the floor was soaked. My room was okay, but the linens looked dirty

We found bed bugs in our room, we did not stay.
The young woman that checked us in was absolutely delightful. But after her the staff was unwelcoming.
The location was good.
Great breakfast and the bed was very comfortable.
The room was falling apart. The door had a 1/2" gap that people could see through, we put our suitcase in front of the door to block the gap. The towel rack was just about falling off the wall along with the shower handle. We actually paid extra to stay here over what we usually pay expecting a nice motel. If it weren't for the great breakfast and comfy bed this would have been rated lower.
Comfortable stay. Big bed and room.
Staff was rude about complimentary tea/coffee supplies and now have a policy against using Chime accounts even though I have used my account there multiple times previously and have never had any issues with any other hotel as I travel for work and have had the same bank account for 10+ years.
