Swimming water turn geeen and cloudy very unhealthy for swimmer.
Poor maintance.
No reconmended to other travellers.

This property need to refurbish too old.
Cloudy water at the pool do jot attempt to use it.
Restaurant closed i 've travel 50meter for breakfast.

Good stay, only a little bit noisy

Almost everything about the hotel was misrepresented. The price was excellent, but had to pay extra for my children because the reservation got screwed up. There is only one pool, not two. No towels provided and the pool was too cold to swim. The breakfast was Vietnamese only, no western food except eggs and bread. The tours provided were very poor quality, they use word games to describe what you get, so when they fail to deliver what they promise, they have an excuse to not resolve the problem. For example, on their 4 "island" tour, they actually give you 4 stops. So lunch at a low quality floating restaurant is considered an "island". The room was big and had a beautiful view, but the bathtub didnt have a shower curtain and a shower resulted in a flooded floor with no drainage.
All in all a very disappointing experience. If the price wasn't so low, it would have been infuriating. This is not a 3.5 star hotel. More likely a 2.5 star.

The poorest staff ever. They do not know where things are around the hotel, and very unwilling to help you. They do not speak English, only bit of Russian. It seems like only job they are assigned to do is check in and check out. Very disappointed overall.

This place advertised as 4 star in booking.com
Its NOT! Barely a 2 stars. A delux seaview room actually look at the roof of the next buildings with barely a glance of the sea. Old style room. The staff was good but the system is bad. Friendly but not helpful. Buffet wasnt great . I stay for 2 nights 3 days and they barely clean the room, or change the sheets, just few fold-up cover on the bed. Wasnt horrible but defintely not a 4 star. Very average and not worth the money

This hotel was booked by our tour company. Room was very very small, and beat up. The desk drawer didn't close, the counters were water stained as was the little side table. Chairs were faded and cigarette burned. Bathroom was ok. Shower was large.

We complained about the broken desk drawer (which hit at hip level every time we walked by) and they insisted they had no other rooms. The desk sent a bellman up to wedge a business card in the desk drawer to keep it shut. Once our tour guide made some inquiries, miraculously an available room appeared. It wasn't any better, just no burns on the chairs. Staff was not helpful, they never smiled. Also, no hand towels and they were adamant about using your room towels for the pool. Pony up the Dong and buy a towel for the beach or pool, don't dare use the hotels.

The pool was very small, on the top floor and only 2 lounge chairs. It did look like there was a place to get a beer by the pool. Breakfast was ok. The food looked a little tired and the baked goods seemed to be "day old". Coffee was never hot unless you got the very bottom of the urn.

Unfortunately we were here for 4 nights. I would not recommend this place. Pay the extra money and get a nicer place.

Just check-in and disappointed already. Paid for a Deluxe Seaview room that obviously cost more, but what we got is nothing more than a glorified “building view” room with an angle view of the sea. The room is illogically furnished with 2 double beds that squeezes all other remaining walk way away, even the waste basket cannot be placed on the floor as there is no freaking available space for it. As for the 2 seats, it is for show only- you can’t seat there without knocking your knees against the bed. The air-conditioning is a touch and go affair. At most times, the air outside is cooler.
I immediately told my agent about it and the hotel offered to upgrade 1 room to a proper Seaview room, but the entire episode has dampen my spirit for Nha Trang.
People, please look else where if you want to enjoy this lovely seaside resort town of Nha Trang.
I have advised my agent to disengage them.

Upon checkin we were given a room which smelt strongly of cigarette smoke phined to advise reception and girl hung up phone on me. We then went to reception and found manager and assistants to be very unhelpfull in fact rude. Told we should just open the room window. Our tour guide assisted us with communication with reception staff who were so rude telling us no other rooms were available in whole hotel. When my husband told them we were leaving she suddenly found us a room grim faced and very grumpy she was not at all happy to provide us with another room.
Breakfast is really not worth having no milk they refuse to give you a teabag no jam or cereal once again had to ask staff to put out fruit which was behind counter.
Rooms are below average and do not expect a good sleep as pillows are like large rocks under your head.
If you need a beach towel good luck with that they want to check your room first to make sure you don't already have a towel.
Trying to get a roll of toilet paper was another challenge altogether. It seems this hotel is on extreme budget with the simplest of things like toilet roll a bother for them to provide.
Also upon arrival you are dropped off on the other side of a four lane roadway with non stop traffic you have to drag your luggage and take your life in your own hands to get across 4 speeding lanes of traffic without assistance as tgere are no lights its only a matter of time till someone gets hit.
I would not be returning and suggest you look into accommodation prior to booking this sub standard hotel

there are two hotels with the same name .I was at no.2 Easy check in...great staff...very helpful.Room was very clean overlooking the sea.Good breakfast...would stay here again .Thanks to the helpful staff...they were great

The view and the rooms were very nice but the staff were not really profestional and helpful. Firstly, they never smile. Secondly, when I asked somewhere to eat some local food, they said they don'y know.
Breakfast were Ok not really good.
I like the view and the room but staff made me so disappointed.

If you want to stay on the beach (well across a main road) in a clean hotel at reasonable price this is a great place to stay. The breakfast is OK but the staff can't speak a lot of English. The view from the rooftop bar is spectacular but the service is hit & miss

It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staffs were very friendly and helpful.
I will stay there on next visit to Nha Trang.

I've recently stayed in this hotel.
Pro: It is located on Tran Phu street with good access to the beach and any traffic.
Room is new, modern and spacious with hot shower and nice view.
Breakfast is good with plenty of choices.
Cons: Receptionists and staffs are not professional and not helpful. Quy Nhon is my next stop in Vietnam and no one in reception can organize or know how is the best to reach there. I ended it up with finding solution by myself. Having breakfast in 18th floor, I notice that staffs are making a group and taking quite loud. They need to be trained and improved.

I stayed here for 4d3n, which is a good length for a thorough review.

ROOM:
The ocean view room is nice and clean at the first sight. However, when I checked some of the drawers, they were dirty and seemed like they've never been cleaned before. The bathroom is just okay, though it can be cleaner. The room here is not noise-isolation/reduction so if you have loud neighbors, it would be annoying. Bedding is decent. AC is good.

BREAKFAST:
It is a hit and miss. Breakfast can be decent on one day but not the next day. They have a good selection of western and Vietnamese foods.

POOL:
The pool is very small. It also looks like it's never been cleaned so I would not recommend it.

Overall, I enjoyed my experience here. It is a good value for the money.

I booked on-line with Agoda, when I arrived t he hotel upgraded the room to ocean view for free. The view was fantastic. The room was very modern, clean and obviously very well maintained. In fact, I liked the room so much that I extended my stay. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is fine as well.

One of the best hotel rooms that I stayed in while traveling in Vietnam.

Fair to good deal for a room with that kind of hotel.
We had 3 guys for about $58 included tax.
Room is ocean view and it's great view.

Located on Tran Phu, the street that is facing the beach, you have the convenience of restaurants, convenience stores, hawkers, coffee shops and tour agencies. The room itself is a comfortable size, and the breakfast buffet plentiful. The service however is poor. You will see the receptionists chit chatting amongst themselves, they won't acknowledge you. For 2 out of my 3 days there the wifi did not work, they offered no apologies. The only person that was professional and courteous was the bellboy, always greeting and asking about your day.
I have stayed at many hotels in Vietnam, I have to say this was the poorest customer service I encountered.

I would advise the Majestic star hotel was absolutelly nice, clean, good location and easy to go everywhere. Just 2 minutes walk cross the road in front to the beach. There are several mini mart near by and down from the lobby to the road very convinience and comfortable!
