Enjoyed the stay and will be back if we are in the area
Pros:

I loved the location and everything was nice and Ms. Mona was so nice and friendly as well as the other staff members

Cons:

Only complaint was the shower was not clean but we survived because we always travel with disinfectant sprays and wipes

Breakfast was good

Cons:

Hotel is old, didn’t smell good, our room was leaking from the upper room and we advised the front desk and they told us they were going to send maintenance and they never went to check it out.

Pros:

what I like about the Hotel how the staff treated the customers with the most up respect

Cons:

The Room i was in was not clean fully there was stuff in the drawer behind the bed and tables it like there did not clean it completely they do not mop the floor cause i can tell when something has been clean

Pros:

We booked this hotel for a few days and when we got there, the front desk attendant was not friendly. When we got to the room, it had a weird smell, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, and we were just not comfortable at all. When I booked it, there was no mention of it being renovated. To make matters worse I reached out because we only stayed one night even though we booked 3 nights and was denied a refund.

Pros:

This place is a dump. Room was not clean. There was hair in the bathtub and along the shower walls. One lamp was falling over and another didn't work. TV and outlets didn't work. Freezer did not get cold enough to keep what I was traveling with frozen and all the ice machines in the building were broken. Do not recommend.
