Pros:

Posizione ottima. A due minuti a piedi dalla stazione metro di Aldgate. Volendo c’è anche la fermata dell’autobus proprio davanti l’hotel. Camera e struttura pulita e ordinata. Colazione buona anche se non vastissima. Personale gentile e cordiale. C’è la possibilità di depositare i bagagli.

Personnel - the service was exceptional! Team at the front desk and the lobby did fantastic job in taking care of my teenage child when I was at the business meeting. They checked on regularly, offered small snack and a chocolate drink - this made my daughter stay amazing which she will remember for long ! Thank you Ed & the Team for this exceptional service. Rooms were nice too.

Cons:

No warm breakfast (scrambled eggs etc) plus breakfast stations scattered amongst large lobby area.

Great stay in the heart of London
Pros:

Prime location, very clean, good breakfast although i remembered from my previous stay more vegan options. I arrived at 10 am and just wanted to leave my luggage until check in but i was pleasantly surprised- my room was ready and i could check in as early as 10 am, that was super nice.

Cons:

the room was tiny but nothing that i couldnt deal with. overall a great experience

A fab stay at a great hotel
Pros:

We are regular customers of motel one as a brand and this location met our expectations of this. A great stay as always.

Cons:

Our bathroom had a slightly off smell which we assume was the drain in the shower. Not a big issue but maybe something to pay a bit closer attention to.
