Nice gestures
Pros:

The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. As we had a early departure, the kitchen went out of their way to provide a takeaway breakfast bag for us. That was certainly a nice gesture!

i only went for the breakfast 2 time and was very disappointed both times with cold food only thing hot was the coffee the toast and the fried egg everything else cold.

Property is getting a bit old but in still reasonable conditions. Staff at front counter generally efficient and friendly. House keeping was a bit hit and miss with bathroom supplies inconsistent. We stayed for 12 nights. Sometimes we got too many bottles of shampoo and no bath gels.

Doing an event for my colleague at Palm Seremban Hotel. The food was great...the ambience was great...the staffs there were friendly and helpful...the price was also reasonable...overall the hotel was great..

Decent Hotel with reasonable price
Pros:

Its located at upper level of a Shopping mall. Very convenient to get food around the area by walking distance, variable choices, Nasi Kandar, Chinese Restaurant & Coffee Shops. there is GSC cinema at the mall too.
The hotel's room equipped with 2 Queen size bed and space is big enough with reasonable price.

Pros:

Front desk staff not really customer friendly. Spacious, beautiful and clean room. Easy access to shopping complex. Ample parking space. Surrounding area quite hectic. Overall quite nice place to be and stay.
