The rate without breakfast does not include access to the thermal pools and the fitness area.
The Thermal Center is currently undergoing renovations and is therefore not accessible.
However, the two outdoor pools, the sauna, the yurt, the gardens, and the forest remain open during the works. Please note that a short walk outdoors is required to access the baths.
To ensure your comfort, our teams assign the best-located rooms.
Treatments and massages can be booked at the Espace Beauté, as well as physiotherapy services at the Medical Center.

Renovation work is also being carried out on some of the hotel façades. Scaffolding may be visible as part of our efforts to make the building more attractive and sustainable.

Chambre spacieuse

Cons:

La literie un peu raide à mon goût.
Hôtel en travaux alors pas possible d'ouvrir toutes les fenêtres, et j'ai eu très chaud.

Es ist alles sehr schön gewesen, die öffentlichrn Räume sind eine Augenweide. Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Sehr schöne Architektur, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sonst eine Augenweide.
Parkplatz super

Cons:

Sie sind grad am Bauen, was dazu führt, dass der Balkon nicht geöffnet werden darf und Gerüste vor dem Fenster stehen. Badeanlage nicht vollständig benutzbar. Es hat nicht mega gestört, aber eben auch nicht gefallen, wenn ich eine Kritik sagen darf.

Plus vraiment un centre thermal avec ces travaux, et ne vaut plus ses étoiles au vu du prix.

Pros:

Haben ein Standard Doppelzimmer mit Balkon gebucht, bekommen jedoch eines im Erdgeschoß mit einem kleinen Fenster, ohne Balkon. Haben dann getauscht und mussten dafür einen Aufpreis von 40 CHF in Kauf nehmen. Hatten dafür aber ein sehr schönes helles Zimmer mit Balkon, jedoch keine besonders schöne Aussicht. Das lag aber nicht an dem Gerüst wegen Renovierung, das wussten wir ja.

Pros:

A localização é boa mas o hotel está em obra e isso foi omitido no anúncio. O que é obrigatório por lei.

As camareiras Arminda e Camila demais tornaram a estadia menos desgastante pela simpatia e tentativa de amenizar os problemas.

Cons:

O funcionário da tarde, um rapaz da Guatemala, totalmente perdido. O wi fi não funciona pra quem não tem número da Suíça porque a gente coloca nosso número e recebe a senha por sms mas nem meu número nem do meu marido receberam o SMS. O rapaz simplesmente disse: é, não funciona. Esse sistema que estamos usando não funciona mesmo e ficou por isso mesmo. Pedi pra falar com o gerente. Mas só no dia seguinte depois das 11h.

O restaurante não funciona a tarde. Só, apartir das 18:30. Pedimos duas saladas Caesar ( horrível, seca, congeladas e servidas em um pote de papel reciclado) no food truck por volta das 17h, em frente a piscina. A funcionária do restaurante disse que eu tinha que comer na grama e não na varanda do restaurante. Expliquei que a grama estava cheia de formigas e que sou alérgica. Ela disse que comêssemos rápido porque ela tinha que arrumar a varanda do restaurante para os clientes. Como se eu e meu marido não fossemos clientes.

É muita poeira e barulho de obra e nenhum aposento do hotel tem ar condicionado. Foi uma sauna dormir com tudo fechado porque também tinha percevejo e mosquito pela janela.

Pra concluir, ficamos no quarto 323 e a água do chuveiro vaza pela porta e vai dar no corredor. Avisei a recepção que nada fez.

Não recomendo a ninguém. Até porque em frente tinha outro hotel maravilhoso pela metade do valor.

Un superbe hotel mais une literie et un personnel pas à la hauteur.

Cons:

La literie avait un problème que l'on a signalé après la première nuit : il penchait sur un côté (au point que l'on tombait si on dormait trop près du bord...). Après nous avoir fait croire qu'ils avaient résolu le problème, on a dû changer de chambre (pour une chambre plus petite) pour pouvoir dormir la seconde nuit . Ce n'est qu'à la troisième nuit que le problème a été résolu dans notre chambre initiale grâce à un membre du personnel qui semblait être le seul à se soucier de cela. On attend toujours des excuses.
