Leider hat das Zimmer nach Zigarettenrauch gestunken, die Therme kostet 20.- extra Eintritt und leider gab es auch keine Klimaanlage. Das Bett war allerdings sehr bequem.
Preis Leistung stimmt für mich trotzdem nicht.

Aktuell ist die Therme im Umbau, insofern ist der Blick auf das Thermalbad und den Garten nicht so schön. Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich eine bauliche Mischung, welche damals wohl schön war, nunmehr ist kaum noch Charme vorhanden. Die Restauration könnte sich ebenso noch einem Grand Hotel anpassen.
Grundsätzlich waren die Mitarbeiter:innen alle sehr nett!

Parfait accueil du personnel que ce soit à la réception, au restaurant, à la piscine...
L'hôtel est très propre.
Les piscines sont magnifiques, le départ à 12h permet d'en profiter plus longtemps.
Si vous prenez l'option petit déjeuner, il est très varié.
La salle de restaurant manque juste de climatisation le soir avec les 30 degrés que nous avons eus.

Disappointing experience for a spa hotel of this category

The hotel has potential, but unfortunately our stay did not meet expectations. While the room was newly renovated, it was located directly under the roof and had no air conditioning, which made it uncomfortably hot during the summer nights.

On Sunday, no regular meals were available, only bar food – something we were not informed about in advance. Overall, the hotel felt a bit outdated, and several construction sites on the premises made the atmosphere less appealing.

The service was inconsistent: while the reception and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, most of the other staff did not speak English, which made communication difficult. Additionally, several small items were missing in the room, and we had to ask for them repeatedly.

What surprised us most: although this is marketed as a spa hotel, guests are required to pay CHF 30 per person, per day to access the spa area – something we’ve never encountered before in a hotel of this kind.

Overall, not the value for money we had hoped for.

Die Therme direkt im Hotel war ganz besonders toll und nach dem Stadtbummel sehr erholsam. Das Frühstücksbuffet ausgezeichnet.

Thermalbad direkt beim Hotel ist toll.

Alles im Umbau.
Viel zu teuer für die Leistung.
Bäder im Umbau, Fitnessraum Maschinen uralt, Zimmer schlecht geputzt, Teppich voller Flecken, Bad nicht geputzt, Spülung WC defekt.
Personal im Restaurant nett aber überfodert.
Essen viel!!!!! zu teuer für die Qualität.

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities. We loved the pools with jacuzzi, sauna and bubble beds. Room was nice with small terrace and very peaceful. Tassimo coffee machine, fridge and complimentary water in room. Short walk to Lidl store or railway station.

Sadly the room was not as described. We had booked a double room for our honeymoon stay, with much anticipation for the hotel, we even included a message to make sure our room was suitable for such an occasion. We weren't expecting anything extra but we weren't provided with a double room like we booked. We were instead given a twin room with beds pushed together, and there were quite a few bugs in the room including some cockroaches. It was just a bit disappointing, especially for the price paid, and the fact that the spa is under renovation so we were mostly paying for the quality of the room which was below average. No compensation was provided for this despite asking if we could have the room we booked instead, none were available only twin rooms. I would like to say that the reception and bar staff were lovely and very helpful, and the cleaning staff attentive.

Struttura con un potenziale enorme, andrebbe pero’ totalmente ristrutturata. La camera presenta un cattivo odore dovuto alla moquette, non c’è l’aria condizionata ma un ventilatore esterno poco funzionante. Servizio e colazione molto buoni.

Da anni vengo in questo albergo, l'entrata al centro termale e la colazione erano sempre inclusi.
Tempo fa la colazione é scesa drasticamente di livello, poi é diventata un'opzione a pagamento ed ora anche il centro termale non é più compreso nella camera.
Il problema é che durante la riservazione, non si vede che il centro termale non é compreso e questo era l'unico motivo per andare in questo albergo. Tolto questo, rimane un vecchio albergo rimodernato, con lavori in corso, senza aria condizionata e caro come il fuoco.

This property is under renovation and very early in the morning they were running heavy equipment directly outside our second floor window and renovating the room directly above us using hammers and heavy equipment. I sent an email to the management to suggest that they not rent this room until the renovations were complete in the room above but never got a reply.

Hôtel en travaux donc extrêmement bruyant à mon arrivée le vendredi après midi.

Chambre un peu vieillotte qui mériterait d être rénovée.
