Quon m as pas remboursé de mon precedent rersavion erreur dans les dates.
Hotel aurais pu me proposer une autre date a titre de faire play.

La struttura è in ristrutturazione, mancano tanti servizi, il balcone della stanza non è utilizzabile, nessuna camera ha l'aria condizionata, è inaccettabile per un hotel di 4 stelle.

Une immense déception : un prix de luxe pour un hôtel en chantier et un service totalement négligé.
Pros:

Rien de particulier. L'expérience globale a été gâchée par les travaux et le manque de services, ce qui rend le séjour très décevant par rapport à d'autres hôtels du même prix.

Cons:

Tout d'abord, les travaux : l'hôtel est couvert d'échafaudages et de nombreuses installations (piscine intérieure, jacuzzi) sont fermées, ce qui n'est pas acceptable pour ce tarif. Dans la chambre, l'absence d'éclairage n'a jamais été réglée malgré mon signalement. Le service est insuffisant pour un 4 étoiles : pas de réapprovisionnement en eau, rationnement des capsules de café, et un manque de personnel flagrant au petit-déjeuner où une seule personne devait tout gérer. Le rapport qualité-prix est inexistant.

Vom Preis her OK, aber ansonsten eher was für für Rentner oder Leute, die noch etwas Grand Hotel Nostalgie erwarten.

I won’t be staying at this hotel again.
Pros:

The room was clean and parking was available.

Cons:

The restaurant was not available to guests (private event) same for the bar! I made a first booking in error with the wrong dates (one month later booking) and the hotel would not cancel and refund this booking. In summary, not feeling great as a guest.

Bruit de la chambre voisine insupportable ... aucune insonorisation entre les 2 chambres; on se serait cru dans la même chambre... impossible de dormir !
