Schönes Ambiente, gute Ausstattung, sauber, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Es war schade dass man zusätzlich zum Hotel noch die Therme extra bezahlen musste, ich verstand die Therme ursprünglich als Inklusivleistung. Weiter gab es noch nicht einmal einen Rabatt auf den Thermalbadeintritt wegen Renovierungsarbeiten. Man konnte die Hälfte der Therme nicht benutzen und zahlte trotzdem den vollen Preis.

Sehr gutes Hotel, das soeben renoviert wird.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Bad zum Entspannen, schöne Zimmer, feines Essen, alles sehr gepflegt und sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ohne Klimaanlge war bei dieser Hitze und bei 4 Sternen fast eine Zumutung. Der Ventilator hat nicht viel geholfen. Leider kein gedeckter Veloraum vorhanden. Velos stehen im Innehof draussen.

Nach der Renovation bestimmt ein schönes Haus
Pros:

Das gebuchte Zimmer war günstig und hatte alles, was man brauchte. Das Mobiliar ist etwas alt, aber ok. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine schöne Auswahl. Das Essen am Abend im stilvollen Restaurant war, trotz der reduzierten Speisekarte, sehr gut und der Service zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Ich wurde zwar über den Umbau des Thermalbades orientiert, allerdings waren vom Umbau auch andere Gebäudeteile betroffen. Das heisst, es war den ganzen Tag laut. Aufgrund der vielen Tagesgäste gab es draussen kaum eine freie Liege. Als Hotelgast fand ich das mangelhaft. Zudem war der Garten ungepflegt. Die Frage, ob die Thermalbecken für Kinder geeignet sind, kann hier offen bleiben.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Bademöglichkeit im Mineralbad

Cons:

Das Hotel ist imposant aber in die Jahre gekommen und wird gegenwärtig auch noch umgebaut, verbunden mit dem entsprechenden Baulärm.
Das Frühstück kostet pro Person Fr. 30.00, hier stimmt das Kosten-/Nutzenverhältnis wirklich nicht. Das Angebot ist vergleichsweise bescheiden: Es gibt beispielsweise nur eine Sorte Cornflakes, keine Ergänzungen, wie beispielsweise Weinbeeren oder Sonnenblumenkernen. Als kaltes Fleisch gab es lediglich Schinken und Rohschinken, weitere Charcuterie, beispielsweise Salami, fehlt.

La température de la deuxième piscine.
Accessibilité des thermes le matin du départ.

Cons:

L'absence de clim, la condanation des grandes fenêtres.
Il aurait été judicieux en cette période de canicule de laisser accès à la piscine jusqu'à 23h.
La vétustée de l'établissement en dehors des chambres rénovées.Tarif du petit déjeuner non justifié. Travaux annonçés mais qui débutent à 7h00

Personnel au top
Pas Clim, 1 ventilateur pour la chambre qui est a 27•C.
La piscine extérieure est vraiment bien mais pas de transat pour tout le monde car les gens de l’extérieur peuvent aussi se baigner et donc , pas assez de transats.
Une partie des chambres sont vieilles … la douche se ferme avec un rideau, pour un 4 étoiles je trouve ça moyen.
