Pros:

Great hotel in a good location for getting into the centre of Boulder.

Cons:

Parking charge was $25 per night so we chose to park on the street

Nice comfortable room. Great price.

The room was very comfortable. There was a sitting area and a king size bed.

Cons:

The location wasn't great if you don't have a car. It was about a 30 minute walk to the Pearl St. Promenade. There were some big box stores for convenience,

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here.
Pros:

Everything was very clean.

Cons:

From the name, I assumed it would be close to the Pearl Street Mall, although I should have checked the location myself.

Don't pay in advance!
Pros:

Nice hotel and breakfast was good.

Cons:

I paid Booking.com in full before my stay. The front desk said they did not show payment from Booking. They made me pay the total bill and said I would have to complain to Booking.com. I ended up paying double charges for the room.

Overall, I probably wouldn’t go back. Toilet paper is an imperative part of life.
Pros:

The location was good. The pool was nice.

Cons:

Miscommunication and my room was not touched for 3 days. I requested towels and toilet paper. I got towels. Had to use Kleenex to use the restroom. Thankful for the Kleenex I suppose. Also, 4 charges to my room. But I had one bottled beverage. Weird
