Breakfast was okay
This was my second time staying here and it's a great location. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. I was upgraded to a suite upon arrival which was a wonderful bonus. Thank you!
I should know better by now, but next time I need to bring earplugs. I couldn't hear much noise outside the room, but I am a light sleeper and the fan would turn on/off every 15-20 minutes, disrupting my sleep. The only way I could get it to stop was not use heat or A/C at all, which was fine given the weather when I was there. But had I needed the heat or A/C, I would've been woken up dozens of time, and left very cranky.
The staff was wonderful! The hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable.
Water in the rooms and ice on every floor would be good.
Staff, price, cleanliness, location
Breakfast was just average. They should have waffle maker and fresh fruit and chicken/turkey sausage for those that don’t eat pork. Didn’t really like the fried chicken
Good
Noisy at night. Unsure what it was, sounded like buses starting all night.
The hotel was in a really convenient location. Close enough to free street parking, and close to downtown with access to grocery stores.
Nothing really to complain about.
Matt the manager makes this hotel feel like home away from home! Breakfast, pool, jacuzzi, rooms, lobby are all great.
N/a
The location and value were great. We loved the suite that had a somewhat separate living space.
The beds were not comfortable, and the design of the door to the bathroom was not very functional.
The location was great for us, we were just 2 miles from where we needed to go. Our room faced the mountains and that was a great view!
The parking garage was close by, but better lighting at night would be helpful. Especially for onen walking alone
Friendly staff, location.
The breakfast was good, but could be better. also, there should be some discounts with parking
The property was VERY close to everything. .5 miles from anything you can imagine from Target, Movie Theater, to even vegan restaurants. It’s amazing I loved being able to walk anywhere.
The beds were a little stiff but that’s not terrible
I like the room layout and the spacious shower.
No complaints.
The staff was the only good thing
Way overpriced for the quality of the room. Cheap looking rooms, no usb charging port anywhere in the room, hard bed. Hard to find. The hot tub jets were barely operating. Was told that that parking was an additional $29, or i could drive around and find a parking spot on the street then walk back. But I would need to move the car by 9am.
A $100 confort in has better rooms
