Disappointing stay
Pros:

We stayed August 14-16 in room 306. for college move in.

When we entered our room we saw large stains on the duvet cover. There was smelly food left in the fridge. Our first day out on Saturday our room wasn't cleaned or even clean towels ptovided while we were out for 9 hours. When I called and asked if we had to request cleaning I was told they were sorry, that the hotel was over booked. They scheduled someone to clean at 6pm while we were out at dinner. When we returned 3 hours later, it still wasn't cleaned. The front desk took my email and gave me the manager's card telling me I would get points for a future stay. I never heard back. We paid $400 night for our room.

I shared this review with the hotel manager via email, but have not heard back.

I have stayed here in the past and everything has been solid. This was a miss.

Decent stay...pricey parking
Pros:

Good location but daily parking rate was too high...good breakfast options

Cons:

No microwave in the room which is almost unheard of at a 3 star hotel...housekeeping didn't want to come back later when we told them we'll leave soon...also ran into reservation issues through Hyatt listing on Airbnb....had to end up paying much more to get a room

Lovely place to stay
Pros:

We loved the decor, breakfast, and location. Although there wasn't a microwave in our room, we appreciated that we could use the one in the breakfast area at night. We were able to find street parking for less than the parking garage. It was close to the University of Colorado campus where we attended the Colorado Shakespeare Festival. The next morning, we went to Estes Park, and it was easy to get to from our hotel. We would definitely stay there again!

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

Centrally located for access to roads and bike paths. One has to walk, drive or bike to get to a more diverse selection of restaurants and shopping. A little hike to Pearl St pedestrian mall. Like the free chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon

The room and property were great. The parking was an expensive surprise.

Wish the pool was big enough for lap swims...
