Nice place to stay for the weekend during our road trip
Pros:

Arrived on Saturday evening and front desk suggested to use street parking (free in weekends) to save the 25/night parking garage fee, thanks so much!
Breakfast was very good, and use of microwave and kitchen area tables at other times of the day was very helpful. (No microwave in every room)
Coffee/tea/filtered water available all day. Cosy seating areas and a bar.
Hotel was clean, room was spacious, staff was friendly.
Read some people's complaints here about train noise but we had very quiet nights, and the tracks are not passing directly under any hotel window. There's another building between the hotel and the tracks. Most of the light noise was coming from A/C units, not from traffic/trains.

Cons:

Many flickering lights above the tables in the breakfast area - as if these were cheap chinese bulbs without proper circuitry. Could be strong epilepsy triggers for some. Hope these would be fixed by now.

Lovely clean hotel with all modern amenities and great breakfast
Pros:

Clean, stylish, well maintained hotel in an excellent location, right by a bus stop for the bus that goes to downtown every 15 mins. Really great breakfast included with a mix of cooked and continental items.

Cons:

Pool was a little small but didn’t really have time to use it during my break anyway!

Mostly fine except for night clerk. Sitting at bar watching TV. Not really helpful.

Wonderful and we plan on making this hotel our go to when visiting Boulder again :)
Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised with their breakfast selections. Everything looked fresh and they offered a variety of dishes from fruits, yogurts, bread & hot/cold drinks. Parking fee in the hotel was fairly reasonable but there was street parking available free after 7pm which we took advantage of. Pearl Street Mall is a short drive to blocks of shopping and restaurants so we really liked that it was so convenient.

Cons:

There was nothing to not like! We'll definitely stay here again!
