A quirky hotel in the lovely village of Newcastleton.
Pros:

The Grapes is a friendly, well run hotel. It’s a little bit quirky but that just adds to its charm. All the staff I encountered were welcoming and helpful. Although a limited menu, the meals were prepared well and delicious. Excellent value for money.

Cons:

Breakfasts are a cold selection only but you are offered plenty.

Clean, comfortable, good value and friendly staff.
Pros:

The place was clean and reasonably comfortable. I ate dinner in their bar and the food was great. As were the staff. I particularly appreciated the breakfast bag they made and left out for me as had to leave before breakfast started.
