Melhor experiência em hotel que já tive. Funcionários muito atenciosos, educados e sempre solicitos. Café da manhã excelente. O hotel extremamente lindo, cheiroso, jardim encantador. Os mimos deixaram a experiência ainda mais gratificante. Com certeza voltarei.

AMAZING HOTEL! We will be back very soon
Pros:

From the very beginning, Jorge and Carlos welcomed us warmly. They took care of every detail. The complimentary snacks in the room and the afternoon coffee were a special touch, and the garden close to the pool is so pleasant. In addition, the location in front of Lagoinha Park made this hotel our top choice in Campos do Jordão.

Tudo o que foi oferecido na hospedagem, os funcionários, a localização, muitos mimos! Tudo perfeito! Só saímos do hotel porque não conhecíamos a cidade, foi a nossa primeira vez. Do contrário, o hotel oferece tudo o que precisamos para descanso. Sem palavras para agradecer a todos.

Cama desarrumada quando entramos no quarto. Tive que pedir para arrumar na recepção;
Furadeira ligada na hora do café da manhã do dia 18 de dezembro porque estavam consertando o balcão do bar;
Durante a noite, umas 18h, apesar da iluminação de natal, os funcionários guardavam todas as almofadas espalhadas pelo ambiente do lado de fora, e a gente tinha que pedir para colocar de volta para aproveitar o Hotel;
No geral, em nossa quinta visita (nós visitamos o hotel todo ano) foi super decepcionante e pobre.
